If you liked the OP for construction of said whine, you might have liked the longer one that the draft ate.... it had the lightning flashes piercing the air mixing with the splash damage to really confuse us as to where the dropships where. Nor did I mention I was using the move and sharpshooter to hold my own against these players and these vehicles and I don't see it as a loss.
True , I could have left the match..... however there is a high probability that I will be put back into the same one, say 75%. You lose your isk and sp at that point, even if you get put back into the same match, at the same time if you were to freeze and quit a match and not relaunch the dust game it would give you the sp & isk.
--To expand even more, there are times when the game appears to lock the same combatants, upon the 4th game in a row facing the same enemies and tactics, I tried to quit but it kept putting me back in the same match until it ended. When the framerate lag hit after my 12th game in a row and I restarted the whole ps3 because it froze on quit, I was at least facing different opponents. .....This has happened more than one time and seems part of the design.
These were not players that needed to learn how to fly their dropships, they already mastered turning the stick to the right and going round and round.
I also recognize that for ccp to fix the problem is a pretty major undertaking.
3 Games later, after I had grouped up with 2 other players, we got the no launch of the Squad Leader, followed by getting us all into a match on the next try, followed quickly by 1 squad member freezing at about 4 minutes in, and me freezing on the end of match loading. |

yea bought the new xcom.. this beta has become a grind for mostly isk for me.. i just feel like i'm constantly poor/broke, can't afford the stuff I have SP in, and my average score is typically like 8/3..
xcom's pretty good except sadly it has been dumbed down like all classic games that get remade are so the re tarded ppl can play them and have a cute little tutorial that clashes with the dark theme of the game, like how they butchered the original fallouts so lol/re-tarded ppl could understand them better while being wow'ed by stupid next gen bells and whistles; same thing in xcom. |

I would say the opposite. Why NOT call in a dropship in this situation? It's a good chance to get some flight time with little risk, and obviously the match was over before it started. Might as well have some fun and call in the silly stuff when it's NOT going to have any effect on a "real" match. |

Jenza: good reference shame its completely out of place, the dolphins left just before the world ended they didn't stay and get peoples stuff.
Captain: I'm sure your an expert at rage quitting when ever you don't have a squad of hardcore players to prop you up and amplify whatever skills you have.
douche bags both of you. Couldn't agree more. This beta is a massive joke. This forum is an even bigger joke. And as for ccp. Black ops 2 is a proper fps, with all its faults. And farcry's out in 2 weeks. Good bye, good riddance.

OP could have been a sh!t ton shorter, but it is a good point.
This highlights how CCP still hasn't mastered the basic aspects of the game. |

I'm betting there'll be hardly anybody on the servers most of this week. Halo 4 hit, we lost players and that was a 360 only game. Imagine what the latest CoD is gonna do to the majority of the player base lol.
It's buttery smoothness is fantastic. Aiming is tight like a tiger, and I feel more mobile than anything in Dust. I'll pop on just to lose some militia tanks with SI crowd ;) |

The player numbers dropped dramatically today. I noticed half of my contacts just disappeared. And then there's tomorrow, when normal gamers will be picking it up. Hell, I might even, with all the SP capped, I'm getting 10/1 K/D for around 231 SP in total. And that the game also crashed on me several times today mid game doesn't help. I've been trying to invite people into my squad, but the ok button doesn't work. And the online instruction manual doesn't even cover half of the games current features.
To be honest I prefer Slay on the PSN to Dust or Black OPS, but then I'm more into strategy, than bang bang... |

You say "still a ways to go" but I think you're missing the fact that they're only a week from release.
I think CCP have more realistic expectations for their development timeframe.
EDIT: Yes, I'm aware of who it is. He still led into a relevant point. |

That's all some people are able to do. And honestly, until ccp fixes it, why shouldn't they? They get paid out the ass and their stats look super duper... for flying in a circle 10 minutes.
That's not on the players, ydub. |

JUST ******* FIX THE MOUSE SENS.
Last time I checked, over 2 months ago didn't qualify as "just started" by most definitions. They've been keeping regular contact in that thread for more than 2 months now.
And we've had semi-regular feedback on the IRC channel and intermittent responses on the forums all along.
Yes, there are issues, but unlike Planetside 2, which is due out in less than a week now, DUST is still a fair way from completion. And from people I know in the PS2 beta, it's got more than a week's work to get it up to standard. |

I always find it funny when I see post like I'm happy that ccp decided to delay because its not ready but then go to the next post and say there's nothing wrong, it's perfect adapt. I feel for the title of this post because I haven't been able to play dust much since a thumb injury and exams but haven't really missed it or been bum about it. |
