I've recently logged on this morning and not played a full match yet, the reason is i've started looking at who i've come up against.
When I've seen some of the player are from the top tournament tier, I decided to watch the WP buildup. I was a little surprised to see WP being gained by one of these teams even before any one had the chance to capture objectives. YES, YES, I'm well aware that there are plenty of ways to earn points.
Couldn't have been a kill because people were still spawning into the start of the game, I know it's possible for people to SPAM nanohives and spray bullets everywhere but thats not it either, to slow and you only get 10WP , but 4 people in the squad using the bullets could explain the almost immediate 50WP added to their score.
So, people to make it fair on everyone how about we start a list of WP farming cheats so CCP can fix it :)

A few of my friends and I used to do that in Planetside 2. We'd all go Engineer, form a ring, toss down an ammo pack, and then all move to the right. Everyone fires and reloads their pistols, and the points come rolling in. Slowly.
The fact is that doing stuff like this is completely worthless, and trying to shame the people doing it even more so. Leave it to their team to yell at them for being useless, and count that as 4-5 people off the field to make your job easier. |

The most likely scenario is you are slow to spawn in, and they are already capturing/destroying yellow structures. No top team bothers with stupid farming, it is a complete waste of time and no fun. |

My intention isn't to shame , but fix or I would have said who was doing this. Also if people had read the post they would have seen that the game started from the beginning and there was no way that any structures could have been captured or destroyed.
Personally I think all points should be done away with from kills and ammo packs and be left with just capturing and installation destruction. This will stop all farming of points, even those of merc's being over powered by dropships and tanks, and god know what else is due in the pipeline of vehicles as yet unseen....
