Red Star is looking for any Corps that are interested in Infantry Only corp battles. There is only one rule and that is absolutely no vehicles (not even LAVs). You can bring your best infantry gear or stick with your militia infantry gear. All weapons including AUR weapons are allowed. For those of you using modded controllers and TARS, thats fine too.
Message me in game or here and we can take it from there. Just to ensure that people dont spam vehicles the ceiling will be kept between 100K and 1M ISK.

LOL. It will just get taken out  . We have plenty of experience in taking out Nocs dropship. I dont care if we loose the match. All they will get is a maximum of 1 million ISK. Nocs myrons are worth that much  .
In the end EVE/DUST is all about the economy and ISK. If they bring their vehicles to get destroyed thats fine with us  . |

Hey Archon, I'm guessing no vehicles would include no LAVs correct?
I think it would be interesting to have some corps get together and do a infantry only tournament at some point. |

Think thats why hes keeping the contract $ down so if it does happen its not a big loss plus its a good judge of character of corps, if a team breaks the rules u know you dont have to worry about practicing vs them anymore.
As for infantry only corp battles i wouldn't mind doing a few, would be a nice break from the usual vehicle spam that there is. |

Yessir.
Which means I cant drive up to jump or regnum in my LAV, shoot them with my HMG, jump back into my LAV and run away. 
No vehicles means absolutely no vehicles. Straight up gunplay. Modded controllers and AUR (i.e. pay2win) are ok though. |

What is extremely suprising is that except for The Imperfects none of the other corps have even said anything about this infantry only battle
Would it be right to assume that except for The Imperfects and Eon. no one has faith in their gun games?

lol idk about the other teams, but we don't even have 4 dropship pilots. But hopefully we can get a game mode and/or map that supports infantry matches for corps. |

L.O.T.I.S has actually started doing this recently with some of our Allied Corporations. We started doing this with the intention to improve our Corporations Tactics and Combat effectiveness. Right now we're focused on Infantry Tactics. We set up a variety of rules for our Mock Battles such as (No Dopships, No HAV's, No LAV's, No NULL Cannons) and have even considered battles to improve unused, yet existing, combat devices to try and improve the effectiveness or our Corp. as a whole. Rules that are a little more unusual such as:
Militia Fit's only. (Fair, Cheap, Fun.)
Laser Rifles only. (why not?)
Nova Knifes only. (why not?)
Mass Drivers only. (for improvement)
Pistols only. (to improve combat.)
LAV's Only. (LAV vs. LAV warfare)
Tank Vs. Infantry (1 Tank Vs. 1 Squad)
We plan to try and implement these ideas in future mock battles and to eventually move into Vehicle warefare to practice using Vehicles correctly and effeciently. Such as.
Tanks Only (2 Sica vs. 2 Sica along with other variations.)
Dropships Only (Similar to the above.)
