Yea, there is "how someone said something". That's what those letters on the screen are. I think what you're referring to is inflection, which doesn't carry over too well online. Diction and tone are also "how someone said something" and they work fairly well online. Although the fact that you didn't see anything disrespectful about his post confirms my suspicion that there really isn't a point in arguing with you any further about this.

So now you're saying that you shouldn't let words affect you? Yea, I agree with that. But there's still a line that shouldn't be crossed. Someone's family is that line by the way.
Look, I don't know the situation with quickgloves or his family. Only thing I know is he said "ectopic pregnancy" and an ectopic pregnancy almost always results in the loss of the child and is extremely dangerous to the mother. A father losing a child and possibly the child's mother is not really an appropriate situation for trolling and/or being a complete *******. Which you guys are all being currently. Really though, I don't even know why anyone cares. You guys are all a joke anyway. |

Yea, I'm wondering where that came from as well. Not to single out whoever posted that, but it does seem like a lot of people don't even really know what this is all about. Nobody made fun of anyone's family. Reg is just doing his thing, reporting everybody on a bunch of threads, general trolling and whatnot. Whatever, don't really care about it.
I just think, and I thought this is what everyone was mad about, that it was extremely bad form to do that on a thread like QG posted. I honestly don't care about what corp hates who and who did what and all that other bullmess. But when we're talking about mother in the hospital, failed pregnancy and the like it's time to break character and act like human beings. It was beyond inappropriate to do that trolling crap on that thread. Any other thread is fair game, you wanna be part of the problem fine by me. But that thread was real talk time and Reg wanted to bring immature garbage to it and he was wrong for that. |
