These forums are littered with negative posts and whining and such. This is a beta so criticism is warranted but you get the feeling that a lot of people hate the game.
So, let's keep this thread positive with posts of things that we love about this game. Maybe new forum visitors can come on here and see that this community supports this game. And keep it real, it is cool to say you like Dust for the followers who may needs the approval.

I'll start by saying that the customizations in this game is second to none. For me, this alone sets it aside from other shooters. It is not common for two strangers to have the same loadout/dropsuit. And for me...that's awesome. Now, you have people who won't exactly tell you their loadout because its what makes them unique and may even give them an edge. |

Good luck with this thread bro , I like everything about the game minus the bugs and I like the fact that CCP is gonna take a while before releasing dust , which means dust will get better and better |

TBH...I dont (really) know...the customisation is nice, unlocking the equipment after spending all your SP makes me go all " OH **** hell yea finally leveld that up...whats next now?..." despite all the trouble/shennanigans/there-was-nothing-i-could-do moments (note the last is most likely me being a ******) that i feel alot/half of the time...corp and squad mates with humor make the game all the more enjoyable...sooo yea, thats about it |

I like that I don't get invalid fittings that much anymore, so that's good. I like running people over with my LAV and getting them stuck on my bumper and seeing sparks. I like hunting snipers in the hills and setting my dropship on their heads. I like gunning in Bobthe843CakeMan's 10,000 armor tank. I like dropping into squads and meeting and playing with new people. I like learning a new skill and trying out new gear/weapons. I like the challenge of flying a dropship without getting ripped apart by forges or installations. So, ya, there's a lot to like. |

The setting, the background of New Eden universe is great. The chronicles and novels are much better than other video game fiction.
The parts that are being shared with EvE are the parts I liked best in EvE.
The customization looks like it will be deeper then EvE with time, it looks like we are getting all the options from eve in time and eventually some fps type(reskins and attachments) customizations too. The mixture of infantry and land/air adds more variety then EvE with only ships. |

Good point, that reminds me of the Dust 514 game intro screen and its music. I love that. Listen to it before entering the game to get into the mood.... |

+1...OMG, can you ask for a better comm system??
I was a MAG player and I thought MAG's comms were awesome because you can talk to your entire platoon or just the squad leaders (if you're PL). Or, everyone or just the platoon leaders if you're OIC. But in Dust, you can switch to your squad, the team, a custom channel (unlimited by the way), and your corp. That's insane! And to top it all off, you don't even have to be in the same game as your corpmates to talk to them. You can have 8 guys in 4 different games and still talk to each other. How awesome is that!!!
+1 to CCP for that. I haven't heard of any game with comms like this. |

I love the actual depth of Dust. Like. You won't find any other game like this. Where each choice you make can affect millions of players on two different platforms across the Universe x_x. The amount of ISK you spend on which fitting is a choice that might, in the long run, destroy a mega-corporation who owns half of the known Universe. |

I like the overall concept and open ended universe.
That's about all there is to like about Dust right now.
Playing in 1vs1 or 1vs0 matches does not give me a chance to like anything else about the game.
The only positive from the Dust failures is that I have been able to put solid time into Planetside 2 - a much better game right now and the closest spiritual successor to MAG. |

The unimaginable scale of the vision that is DUST if Dust is going to be anything like Eve then this will be the biggest game on concole, when ever Dust is fully intergrated then it will make all other FPS look pointless,
Also Character progression i dont know about anyone else but the DUST mercs are a damn site more than in other games the character you play is just some random dude, but in DUST you play as a character who has evolved to match your play style and the choices you have made its far far deaper than anything out there short of a full out RPG like TES and this is a FPS! |

I definately love the customization. Given it's current potential (since just like EVE, no doubt it will have loads and loads of other modules, equipment, and weapons in the future), the sheer thrill of creating my own fit is an utter joy unmatched in any other game. |

I love the concept and the potential DUST has. I like all the different suits, with no single one being above the other. I've killed heavies as a scout, been obliterated by other heavies in the scout for example. I like the vehicles, Dropships and Tanks and hell I've even started to like the LAV after riding around in it for some time. It's a fun game even at this stage for me, I've already hit my SP cap for this week but I'm still playing because I enjoy the game. I like the moments where I almost put my fist through my 50" TV, because then I sit back and think, wow this game has really angered me, not through bugs but because I'm being beaten by skilled players. I enjoy it :D |

As a big sci-fi fan I love the setting, as a big tech fan I love the amount/kind of work that has to go into something of this scale.
On the gameplay side, KB+M supported for a console is crazy awesome. The fittings system is amazingly deep as well.
I can't wait until I can faun over the game's economy though, feels kinda cheap buying from infinite stock. |

Vehicular warfare, combining RPG elements with an FPS in an intelligent way, keyboard and mouse support (FPS with a controller is just wrong), having to earn my vehicle of choice and its loadout, and of course its free so I won't have to wait until I have cash after release to buy it (though I will purchase the merc pack around that time so it's as if I did buy the game). The replay value too, other current gen FPS games I play for a week or two at most and struggle to come back to 'cause most of them have been dumbed down for noobs that like buying the same game over and over again. |
