EA published it... then turned around and copied a "member" thing charging $60 USD for, lost me Halo? who the f pays to play games? i'll never own a xBox cause its the dumbest idea ever.. you want me to pay M$ so i can watch my netflix i already pay for over the internet i already pay for? no thanks. MAG is dead... UnCharted series are great, i'll never play their MP, too boring and stale COD? i'll never play any of them, such lame games
Dust is the only thing i play and its only a beta, i treat it like it is a game, because it is my game, the game i will be devoted to. nothing else out there can best it.
i do like The Last of Us though, but its not MP so Dust doesn't have to worry.
Dust is my home, i'm not leaving, and a few months back i was telling people a Spring 2013 release sounds right to me. i still stand by this, so if this is the case, i'm pleased and not set back at all.

you can see today CCP posted on their site: http://www.dust514.com/news/press/2012/11/mmorpg.com-preview-the-codex-update/
this is what CCP links to on their site: http://www.mmorpg.com/gamelist.cfm/game/494/feature/6857/DUST-514-The-Codex-Update.html
this is said: "So it's still very much a construction site that surrounds D514, with the eventual Eve Online additions promising to heighten the already promising experience. There are still a few kinks to be worked out, and a few textures that aren't looking too sharp, but this is to be expected in a self-proclaimed "work in progress.""
and this: "With no release date as of yet, other than "sometime next year" the future for CCP, Eve Online, and Dust 514 is looking very bright. We can all exhale and relax in the knowledge that this is a great game in its own right - the bells and whistles of MMORPG integration will be an extra thick topping of sugary bonus. I can't wait." |
