swarms are just as ridiculous as missile launchers.
tired of trying to hide behind cover only to have 6 sets of swarms fired at me, do figure eights around buildings on the way, then fly straight into the ground, only to burrow through the planet and come up from the ground directly underneath my tank for damage. the swarms are super effective!
with the reduction to survivability in tanks this build, nerfing the large missile launchers would be a bad idea. at last not while joe **** the rag man can shoot swarms at me from under the mcc. |

B: Small missile turrets do need to be fixed. They're just a tad OP right now......Just a tad. I starting to think that Large missile turrets need to be a lock on weapon, for use as anti vehicle, and mid range anti installation with splash damage. This would make them useful against LAV, and DS. Not so much so as spamming missile death on infantry. Also great for taking out turret installations, enemy clone centers, and supply depots.
The large rail turrets aren't bad, they're good for long range AV sniping, can still snipe infantry, and are good for taking out installations as well, without having missile flight time. Though due to the nature of Railgun slugs I do think they need some minor blast damage. Even with rail gun main up close I've still managed to pop a couple heavies that were trying to forge my tank.

but seriously, tired of swarms doing straight 90 degree turns to chase me around cover. staight up ridiculous.
we need a faster, less damage swarm variant for anti-dropship, or just fix the swarm speed in the first place. if a dropship is gonna outrun a swarm volley, make it use afterburners |
