Dafuc? how dose a car change the fact that you where killed before you could move. anything could do that.

They do. they clip into our cars so we can't move. |

The damage to the Dropsuit is based on the mass of the LAV. Large mass + high speed = splat. Damage to LAV should be calculated similarly, based on mass of Dropsuit you're hitting with it. Hit a Scout, and they're barely more than a speedbump. Hit a Heavy, and you'll be hurting too. And the faster you move, the more damage the LAV takes as well as the more it deals.
I disagree, hit a nail with a hammer and tell me how much dammage the hammer took. The LAV's are ment to take a beating. If anyone should take damage in a collision it's the drivers and passengers in the LAV, |

If anyone should take damage in a collision it's the drivers and passengers in the LAV, The scout suit probably weighs several hundred pounds. The heavy is likely over a ton. It's not a hammer/nail situation.
The "Damage" you speek of would refer to how the car would crumple if It was ment to protect the driver and passengers from trama. Since this isn't the case (As we are immortal clone soldiers) is it to hard to believe that they wouldn't build a platform capable of hitting a 1ton+ Drop suit?
I can only imagine the the shields should take some dammage, since there are kinetic weapons in EVEGäó and im not all that sure how they even work. But in a world where ship hauls are built to take amazing amounts of punishment from space flights as well as combat I find it hard to believe that there isn't material strong enough to take a hit from something relatively small as a heavy DS.
In summery if there is to be dammage to the car it should be negligible (3-5% shields, 5-7% armor of the dammage dealt).
