Just recently I've had to reset three times due to an odd bug. I'd be sitting in my quarters in a squad, and all open windows would close, followed by a spinning icon [the loading wheel]. Then, the standard intro windows would come up, just as if I launched the game. I can go through the whole process of starting up the game while sitting in my quarters, and even choose characters.
First log:
Joined my corp channel, talked for a while [about 8 minutes], then went into a squad with Squishy Target. Talked for a bit, and trained in three skills [Assault Dropsuit II, Shield Management II, and Shield Upgrades III]. Went into the market and bought shield boosters; the bug occured when I tried to purchase dropsuit armor repairers.
Second log:
Rejoined Squishy Target's squad, and started building a new dropsuit fitting. Halfway through, the bug occured again. Went through the process and chose this same character, couldn't talk.
Third log:
Rejoined squad, and started messing with my dropsuit. Bug occured almost instantly.
Anyone else having this issue? |

Yep - there I was in my Merc Quarters when I got the text box telling I was about to connect to CCP's servers, and to hit X to proceed. Odd. Well, you all know the rest of the logging in process, and I went through it all with my Merc in his quarters as wallpaper!
SO, for some extra testing potential, I decided to select my other character when I got to the character selection stage. Logged in, other character appeared, all seemed normal for a logon for that character.
Then I tried starting a game - lots of invalid fits remembered from the original character, which the newly logged-in character didn't have the parts to assemble.
And this has never happened to me before today, and now it's three times this evening.

I've had this problem 4 or 5 times now. Usually happens while I'm in game. Kind of sucks when everyone is running around shooting and I'm stuck with pressing X to accept the terms and everything just like when you start the game.
