Well, clearing out my contacts I've found LOADS in Doomheim corp. Are these deleted characters? If so, why do they still exist :-s |

Yea, it's where the biomassed characters go. EVE has Doomheim 666 or something. I always assumed it was just a way to ensure that kills involving a deleted character and all that stuff would be maintained even if the character itself was deleted. Since it never actually goes away. |

Has to do with keeping the namespace I think. Biomassed characters can't be recreated without dev intervention. This prevents all sorts of shenanigans. Similar thing happens with corps themselves, which is why you will see corps suffix their name with . ( dot )
OldGuyCorp collapses in a dramabomb, and corp members reform into OldGuyCorp. (notice the dot, thats actually in the name)

Yup, namespace makes more sense. Specially since I guess those corps are nothing more than databases of names, anyway. |
