what is your mail servers size in terms of recieving mail attachments? I am an IT person person myself and I have seen it happen at many occasions where the mail gets rejected at the mail server due to large attachments.

Sometimes the Intrution Detection System might detect large mails as spam/phish and flag/reject them too.

As a long time EVE player i'm really confused about all this... like i love CCP and this game, all they had to do was say hey you guys submitted it after these 8 who were in the NA bracket so thats why you werent choosen. It just means that the one you sent in wasn't received. It's really not that uncommon of a thing. The internet is not just point A and point B where problems can only be on either end. There's tons of ways stuff can derp in transit between point A and B. It's unfortunate but seriously man, that's the internet. There's nothing anyone can do if it derps and there's really no way to tell unless the other person confirms that it derped. In this case, CCP has confirmed it for you.

I think this is what happened, the screen shots of player list were to big and it bounced out. Its life, **** happens from time to time. We are doing our best to move on, but QC is a day behind because of work yesterday. Appreciate the response Sentient Archon, GL on Tourny.
