This bug is really inconsistent. Yesterday trying to purchase a GEK was certain to result in an immediate disconnect, no matter what I tried. Today I could buy them just fine. No downtime in between. For a while I even thought the market bugs had been fixed server-side or something...
I was wrong, when purchasing a skill and got an "item not available" and when I checked the market all skills had vanished. They turned up again after spending a few minutes browsing items and I was able to buy it.
Right before downtime I got a sudden reconnect (no disconnect alert) at the end of a battle during which I had used the restock-feature in the fitting interface. I hadn't had any errors that time however. |

Having this issue as well. I even went so far as to delete DUST 514 from my ps3 and redownload it. This did not solve the issue.
We really need some help here CCP.
Edit: just tried again... got "market not available" then tried to car a squad and got "gateway error communicating with Eve server" then gave me the initial "partial wipe" notice while I am still in my quarters. |

Yes I am having the same problem with the market and getting disconnected when trying to buy something. For the pass two days I can't not purchase The Forge Gun. I just skilled into it and the tournament is tomorrow. I would like to know if anything will be done about it. |

I am also experiencing these issue. I can play maybe one game, then boom disconnect. The market is doing very strange things too. And when I was logging in I was already in Merc Quarters before selecting my character. Which was very weird. |

umm...similar problem but i can't even see iso items in market. The first dc gave me a " Checking System: " message in the bottom left and then tried to restart while still in my mq. Does the same thing every time, i get in for a min or two, dc, then it tries to restart while I'm still in the mq. I'm probably going to try clearing the cache, bt my problem seems slightly different, so i don't know if it'll work...
Edit1/question before i clear cache: does deleting the data wipe your character data too? |

I'm getting this error as well. It is only happened when I've tried to restock individual items in my dropsuit. I also notice that the problem happens when i go from restocking an AUR item and then try to restock an ISK item and get the dreaded "market unavailable" followed shortly after by a "you have been disconnected due to an internal error".

I'll add to this, that I seem to have this glitch intermittently now, sometimes i cant buy anything, sometimes i can for a period and then it stops working, and sometimes it just works fine and I can buy whatever i want. |

Same, report sent. The results for me were worse than the problem and the problem wasn't solved.

Try to delete your game cache
- go into the Game sextion in your XMB
- select Saved Data Utility (PS3)
- select DUST 514 save data
- press TRIANGLE
- select the Delete option
The results:
-still no market
-all my settings had to be reset ( not a big deal, but not what I was expecting)
-client restarts itself from the quarters in less than 5 minutes of idling, and during the restart I still see myself frozen in the merc quarters the whole time except the cinematics part.
-before the restart, my screen flashed system messages I hadn't seen. It showed the system/client "Saving" message repeatedly for most of that five minutes. There was another but I didn't write it. Lower left ">Console activity", or something like it.
-When trying the market after the client restarted itself, I got the "Disconnected because of internal error" instead of the" Market is borked" one.
-There were no system messages this time.
-Upon restarting the client intentionally, I get the "Market unavailable" message, no disconnect.. so far. |

aside from a full reset is there any other dev advice you can give us? I'm still rebuilding my character and this glitch makes it to where I can't even buy the new skill books I need after hitting level 5. |

i been having same issue myself i have reset my modem PS3 Reset and everything i even tried restarting game that didnt help me at all even this needs addressing . i can't use or buy any skill books weapons fittings anything that is not AUR related if its AUR related then i can but i don't feel like restocking all my stuff with all AUR only . after i get that market unavailable after i try and buy something i get followed up by a disconnection or a Proxy error while communicating with EVE proxy or something to that effect and have to reset game . and to DEV or CCP in general if i back up my data and then delete and restore the save data will that help because i sure don't feel like starting over on a build that im just now getting going good on/with ? |

Just wanted to add some info about this. I'm getting this as well, even after restarting my PS3. However, I did successfully buy something from the market and did not get booted. But afterward, when I tried to join my corp voice channel, it didn't let me. So, for me it's 1) buy something from the market, but no comms or 2) comms, but no market. |

Not only am I getting this bug, but when I try entering a match with what few builds I have left, the lag is so severe as to be unplayable. Not sure if the problems are related. The latter only showed up after I tried the suggested Dev fix & started getting 80030001 errors.
I've lost at least 2days off the booster I bought for the cap reset . . . I appreciate this is just the beta, but I still feel ripped off. |

Same issue. Was not able to buy anything yesterday without "market unavailable" message. Have also seen the "partial client wipe" reset a few times which results in the relogin while still in the merc quarters.
Today, same issues but I was able to successfully buy one militia BPO nanite injector. Immediately after I got the "partial client wipe" relogin error but after I was returned to the merc quarters I checked and did receive the item. |

On my main toon I run Heavy with HMG and for three days now I have not been able to purchase the MH-82 Heavy Machine Gun (sounds like a helicopter lol) Every time I Press X to buy it tells me "You have been disconnected from the server... blah blah blah....."
So I tried to do the same with one of my alts, Now my alt is not skilled in the HMG usage but as we all know we can buy whatever we want regardless if we can use it or not. Well I go buy one MH-82 HMG and as soon as I press X on the alt account I get the new error message, "You are not allowed to enter an order in a different region" WTH does that mean?  |

I deleted the Dust 415 game from my PS3 and then re-installed it and the problem seems to be fixed.
I did NOT delete the game cache. From what I've read on this forum, there's no need to delete the 'DUST 514 save data'.
My guess (and this is only a guess) is that the update to the 'PS3 Online Store' changed something that corrupted the DUST 514's 'in-game' marketplace.
I'll post again to let you all know if the problem comes back or not. |
