I'm saying this because losing a Titan or such to an orbital cannon would be unbearable for some.
I hear they take some time to build... Orbital cannons will only be able to fire on ships in there orbit......only certain ships can bombard the surface.Not Super caps.They also must be fitted with a certain module to do so,and have to be in orbit.Making them a target for the "Sky fire"battery on the ground.You wont be able to shoot across the system.Im pretty sure.I would have to dig that link up.I dont know this because Im an EVE player.I just get my hands on every video and interview I can that has CCP officials/devs stating facts about this game.
The module was removed. Now you only need a certain type of ammo to do a strike. |

Full scale wars take upwards to 500b isk and thats pretty much for the start. Don't kid yourself you need us the eve player. On the same hand we'll need you for a lot of situations. But if your unwilling to even work with a fleet then you won't make it far out of high sec.

Wait, what does that have to do with the Orbital Bombardment Computer being replaced with OB specific ammunition? |
