So I might be a little behind on the times, but why doesn't the repair tool give sp or wp anymore? in order to use the repair tool effectively you need to stay in the line of fire and help buff people. it seems like thats something that a logi should be rewarded for doing.
I like using the repair tool because it helps the team, but its not worth using if I don't receive any sp or at least wp for my actions.
what do the rest of you think? |

You can thank those not going name names but we all know who that exploited the repair tool in the red zone by crashing and repairing lav's for ob spam |

It was just a temporary fix (for the reason mentioned above) until they can work out something better for the next/a future build. I kind of thought it did give WP for suit repairs, and only failed to for vehicles, but either way, this isn't permanent. |

agreed, i hope the next temp fix for the repair tool is to only allow it to repair drop suits...until they can figure out a better solution and/or no WP-SP in the red zone... |

no WP/SP in the red zone would be not stop them, I saw plenty of people farming WP like that in the middle of the map, usually in a natural bunker or city. on the map with the rock spires, there is that map on the bottom nobody uses, saw plenty of people farming there. enjoyed blowing them to pieces with my forge gun too. more satisfying to blow somebody up with massive overkill when they are exploiting a glitch than any other time. |

Yes please. As a heavy, I can use a little love. I'm pretty much S.O.L. if I get low on armor. My one enhanced repper doesn't do much, lol. It'd be nice to have a logi repairing me after I take out a couple assaults, instead of me hiding somewhere for 2minutes waiting for my armor to get back up... hoping I don't get spotted in the mean time.
You don't see many guys carrying a repair tool. Definitely will be even less if they're not getting points for it.  |

Some dedicated logi are still running remote reps but its rare. |

Because then they would be jumping off stuff- same effect, just slightly slower. |

you think too small... Heavies standing in nanohives tossing their nades at their feet. Heavy is squad lead and the logis get points for nanohive and suit rep. Leader gets points from commission. |
