I'm serious. I forgot how frustrating this game is with the broken rewards. I would rather face droves of prototype gear and limitless vehicles than hours of militia gear for every 5 minutes of fun. |

I have to agree with this. I know the funding was unintended, but it brought a new excitement to the game. People not running militia all the time made for interesting matches. Made the game exciting again.
The variety is what made it so exciting. now it's all back to militia again and boring. I shouldn't have to run militia 90% of the time. Can the rewards please get fixed.. When I can't afford to run a non-militia fit because I get less ISK for an entire match than for what my fit costs, why should I use anything other than militia. |

I agree Noc it is mostly broken an needs to be fixed. Until then we all simply have to adapt and find our own ways to work with or around the problem. Personally I use sniper rifles and I usually only die once every 9-11 games. That's solo, a little different playing with skilled team mates then that number looks more like 13-14. I've also studied the maps and I always make a risk assessment of my team and the apposing team before I commit to a game. If I enter a game where the enemy team is currently winning with multiple tanks and drop ships while my team has none, I'm not gonna play that game. I don't have proper fits for forge guns or other Anti vehicle builds so I really wouldn't do much good in that game so there would be no point in playing it.
Sure it may not appear to be as fun as when there was with unlimited isk, but we just gotta adapt and change what our perspective of what fun is. If a kid can have fun with a cardboard box there is no excuse as to why we can't have fun with how things are in this game now. Honestly it promotes less reckless and more thoughtful playing on our parts. It challenges us to find good team work, precise, and effective strategy. You think it's a hassle now, just wait until they introduce clones and we are faced with the possibility of losing everything just because we die. So now is the time when we need to figure out and work on maintaining survive-ability and I promise there can be fun in that.
I'm sure later they will tailor it to reflect Eve more where we can get a better working rewards system and a system of cutting down risk by offering NPC farming. For now lets just embrace the problems and use the challenges that come with them to make us all better players. |

So the reward "fix" actually lowered the rewards further, to the point some people are getting negative rewards! Since the assets are still out there, this just enforces penalties to people who actually respected your request to not spend the ISK. |

you are beta testing, you can't contaminate a study of how the game works if people are running around with unlimited funds now. they are trying to figure out the approperate isk/reward situation and take in data to see if we give them X they start using Y mostly. |
