Latest update is that we are considering mics as well as $20 PSN cards as prizes for the corporate deploys, this is to help out the exceptional players who don't have mics. 99 percent of the corporation's members have mics, we want to keep the mic percentage high and be accessible to good players who don't have mics. Good players without mics can pick mics as their prizes if they win during set corporate deploys |

Currently our set biweekly deploys have three $20 PSN cards as prizes for each deploy. We also have an ISK trade in program where ISK's can be traded in for $20 PSN cards. For now, this program is available to officers only. We will expand the program to every loyal member as soon as we set up rules and protocols for the program.
99 percent of the corporation have mics but we also want to tap into the pool of good players who don't have mics by offering them the option of picking mics as prizes instead of the $20 PSN cards during the set corporate deploys. If you don't have a mic but is an excellent player who listens, don't hesitate to apply to the corporation.

This is how the corporation process applications. We do not reject applications outright based on statistics, instead we accept most applicants and key members would observe them and decide if they are team players. So, if anyone thinks their appications have been unreasonably rejected outright, go ahead and reapply, as their applications probably was never received. |

WarRavens are still recruiting. Press L1 for your Neo com, scroll down to corporation, search and enter WarRavens, then apply and await our CEO to accept your applications. We will have weekly corporation deploys wherein a sponsor, it will likely be our CEO Snowraven WarBringer, will give out three $20 PSN card prizes, or a pick of headsets and microphones should a person want one but not have one.
WarRavens are expanding to look and recruit EVE pilots, PSN players, and various other types of players whom will be supportive of WarRavens, and have a fun time playing alongside one another. We are generally a drama free corporation, good team players, and continuously learning new ways of support and combat in DUST514.
WarRavens started off in MAG as one of the earliest clans to be in there at the start. We are now a 2 year old clan, with lots of active members playing both MAG and DUST514, and were seeking to recruit more bright minded and good people to join us in the war of DUST514.

So far I've been getting very frustrated playing this game with randoms, more so than in games like BF3.
I appreciate your statements about the way you all want to play games and the teamwork you're looking for. Hope to be accepted and get some enjoyment out of this game!

A couple of quick questions:
1) Do the majority of your folks use mikes?
2) Can I expect some command structure within individual battles? Or is it just a loose conglomeration? |

1) The answer to your first question is yes, 99 percent of the corporation use mics. We do let some good people without mics join the corporation as we have set biweekly deploys where you can either win CEO sponsored mics or $20 PSN cards. If someone without a mic wins in the biweekly deploy, that someone would have to pick the mic as a prize.
2) The answer to your second question is you can expect to see some command structure within individual battles. We formed the corporation to organize and be strong militarily, socializing comes second, although that is a welcomed bonus.

I may be looking for a decent corporation as well. I haven't sank much time in the beta, considering it's just that, a beta. But I have hundreds of hours of MAG experience behind me(still play it actually), and I plan on speccing fully into logistics, because I value playing a support role, over worrying about my KDR. That said, I do like having some sort of leadership. I always run as squad leader with my usual group in MAG. How will you pick leaders outside of your clan that is carrying over from your MAG clan? Will you pick others at all?
Given your reward system, and your emphasis on the value of teamwork, I like the sound of this clan. Get in touch with me if you can fill me in, or if you want to play some MAG sometime. I play every night. |

I do have to disagree with you XAINDOR, about you not playing the game because it's a beta. The beta is a good opportunity for you to build skills, gain knowledge about the game, organize and get to know your corporation's team members. Our corporation plans to be well established and organized well before the game comes out.
The answer to the question about how will we pick our Dust 514 leaders from outside our Mag clan is that we will first make sure they are committed to the corporation. Commitment will be measured in the following, time and assets spent in the corporation, ideas and intelligence given to the corporation and all three Dust character slots must be in the corporation.
