Can someone please tell me how the reticle or aiming works on this weapon, i cant seem to work out the distance to target. i'm either way past or to close,.
This would be far easier to use if their was a digital ground projection to give some idea of where the grenade will impact.
Any help please, it all just feels like guess work, that cant be right. !

It doesn't. Just shoot a few to get the hang of it, then once you know the angle, you'll do better. Also remember, it's always better to shoot further, rather than closer. |

1st fire once. Then ajust based on the ticks. You'll start to figure out where to start and only be one tick away from hitting them.
1st shot is the test shot. I love getting kills on the test shot.
You have to remember the higher your splash radius the easier it is to hit |

I really think less is more in the way of reticule for arcing weaponry. The reticule for the mass driver is a bit too busy for my taste. |

I've never figured out the "aiming" reticule on the thing, I just fire "from the hip" using the overlay lines as guides.. and like others have said, it's just practice practice practice. It works well with 1-weapon Logi and Scout Type 2 suits as well, since it covers long range upto close range (if you're careful). |

It would be nice if the aim down sight gave a read out of elevation and azimuth.
Then it could double as a mortar if people worked out range tables, and distances to target was reported by sniper/artillery spotter. |

that reticule gets me 12 kills a match, hands off
