You should only question... Questionable things -- For instance, people trying to fortify users who degrade others; individuals that attempt to patronize others; individual who dilute/demote conversation to having different meanings; rude behavior; people who impose as officials; users who give subjectable material; Anyone of those that do any of those things, but doesn't receive no warning is questionable.
I've had my run in with bad moderators and good moderators... As the net gets more popular, I've seen bad moderators... I've even seen moderators that have said their website was hacked, just when they "accidentally leaked" information. I've also seen moderators hack their own site of employment to try to insert invalid scripts to exploit other people -- Java script that exploits users... Saying that its a "needed measure to keep users from hacking" but really only allows the webstaff to snoop on people's system.
Seen all types... An a few freelance webhosters dislike me, for I've gotten them reported to thier job-sites before. So those who been reported really dislike me, and make a habit of trying to keep people from contacting anyone behind them.
