Hi devs and all,
I understand basics : a corporation put X ISK to take a contract. Another one need to put X ISK too to accept it. Then, it appears on the Battle Finder --> Corporation, and we have a meet at a fix time to launch the game.
Now, how does it work IG ?
CEO and directors have another link under "My Corporation" --> It's "Corporation Contracts". You click on this link, and you have 6 menus on the top left.
Corporation Contract : empty
All Factions : 4 lignes
Amarr, Caldari, Gallente, Minmatar : 1 ligne per menu.
So you go on "All Factions", and here you've got a list editor. You can look for all contracts between 100,00 ISK and your corp wallet, and the start time (well, this point is not interesting here, only the ISK are)
Here's my question : If I take a 3M ISK contract, how an other corp is suppose to find mine ?
Be lucky with filter editor ? (because on ly 4 lignes appears) It will appear on "Corporation Contract" ? (I don't thing so because we're not holding any planet) It is suppose to appear on the Battle Finder --> Corporation ? (don't thing so because no one accepted the contract)
Well, I'm pretty sure to have the answer, but I need it to be confirm : we need to have an understanding on the forum for the moment ...

But a skirmish 8vs8 on a 5 pts or less ?
I understand that you're still testing and working on your game, but we are afraid to be lost like in battlefield on PS3  ...
Well, at least we'll test it in a moment  !!!

It's not the 8vs8 point I'm concerning of. I understand your technical needs to perform DUST.
It's the Skirmish 5 points (ABCDE) that I was thinking about. On Plateaus 4 points, why not, but a Communication, Biomass or the new one 5 points, we'll be lost in space.
If we could choose an ambush, it will be nice to have more action.
Well, we took one for 16h28 GMT, so if someone reading here is interesting, we'll be there !!!

After 3 Corp Battles try, here some points :
1) Sync system : don't really understood how did it work. We were more than 8 in Corp Channel. Some of us wasn't playing, wasn't in a squad, didn't launch any Battle Corp in the Battle Finder after cooldown, and they had been launch into War Room. Don' t realy know how the system choose the Mercs that gonna be on the field BUT it does work...
2) Like it has been said in another thread, 5 pts maps are not well fit for 8vs8 battle.
3) ISK contract system : the faction employed us to take control a part of their empire and they don't refund us with anything ? No ISK, no SALVAGES ? Only colateral that won't refund corp lost if it's not a big big contract...
4) Server stability : need to work on it. Don't know how your servers works, but against some team it's just impossible to play. I saw 2-3 FPS IG non stop. We just quited it after 2 min.
