I totally understand your point. When I'm on duty I read the forums, moderate when needed, interact with you guys but I also note down the main concerns and/or suggestions. I see technical threads every day but what I can do is posting if I'm 100% sure about the answer because the last thing that I want to do is misleading. For example, I saw a lot of threads about WP needed for an air strike but I cannot disclosure that number so if I post "you need 500WP" and that is not true, I'll generate N thread about this false information and that is not the goal that I'm trying to achieve. I'm trying to absorb what the community wants and convey that to whom it may concern. We are constantly developing and testing even if it's not that evident, and email and messages are going back and forth every hour talking about problems, ideas and such. You don't need to write in all caps, have 50 likes or 90 pages on your thread. Even small thread with a couple of posts are considered, if they make sense. "I want a 50$ coupon every time I'm on killing spree" is ignored, while something like "The Logi dropsuit should have more utility slots and less hi slots" is considered and discussed*
I'm (we are) trying to be as near as you as possible, but so much stuff is happening GÇ£behind the scenesGÇ¥ that an answer can be delayed a lot sometimes. That doesn't mean the we don't care. Please feel free to ask if something it's not clear in what I wrote.
*it's just an example. do not freak out please (DFGJ)
EDIT: Fresh form the oven:

Just a quick update to keep you all posted. We have gathered a lot of good feedback on issues in Codex and will be implementing hotfixes in the very near future to address the most vexing issues first. Chief among them is the WP farming issues and orbital strike spamming, so expect a hotfix on that soon.
We are working our way down a laundry list of bugs and issues so please bear with us as we work towards addessing these issues in the coming week.
We want to thank all of those who have been reporting issues on Codex constructively thus far. As always, your comments have been invaluable. Thank you and keep up the good work. |
