DUST Search - If you use Glitches in BETA and not inform CCP of it you dont deserve to be here

Start reporting as many as you can find. It is VERY important that as many can be addressed before this game is released to the public.

Dust 514 will most certainly have a slow start if it develops a reputation as a "Cheater's Paradise".

Banning cheaters is only a temporary fix, addressing the symptom but not really treating the cause.

Patch the ability to cheat and you eliminate ALL of the cheaters. As this is such an important issue for you I suggest that you take action and start reporting exactly all of the glitching and cheating methods that you observe.

It is in the best interest of Dust 514 and it's community that they are eliminated.

Also it doesn't seem that others notice my threads about theses glitches or they like them so they don't comment so as it seems an isolated even. 1.full auto tactical-made thread 2. how to stop farming-made thread 3. and i will make more but anybody who cares please comment, so CCP can see it is an issue

So, they are a very hard to get around. Tac ar used o say auto-matic in description, and was single shot. Now it is full-auto, and says single shot. How does that break, Is ccp doing it on purpose to test how unbalanced it would be with modded controller? It's also the only ar with noticeable recoil right now. Banning after a warning it is a known bug makes sense. Before announcement it could be people trying to make flaw show up in their numbers to show it's a issue, or cheaters, no way to tell apart. CCP handled bans well in EvE, I'm sure they will in Dust also. If everyone is cheating it is still cheating, if it wasn't cheating how could everyone be cheating?

Difference between using a TAC AR and glitching through the ground to then boost. Big difference. Everyone can cheat on their taxes, it's still cheating.

Also the quality of the average tester is inversely proportional to the number of people testing. (spoiler: there are a lot of people in this beta)

Yes, but within reason, a good beta tester should, when they have found / think they have found an exploit, work on repeatability, conditions for happening etc ISD / BH value Quality over quantity every day. There is a big difference between a regular, repeatable unintended effect and the server having a funny 5 mins. It is a different story on live, you do it once /meh, twice /meh, more than 3 times = exploiter. My final thought, we all know there will be a "go live" wipe, so all their exploited stats, KvD, SP, ISK will disappear, so more fool them for putting all the time in now. Right, I am heading to Buckingham for some PvP, see ya'all on DUST later (assuming some war targets don't log on TQ)

I for one would love to comment on glitches I find (AND FULLY EXPLORE to get a better understanding of it) in the game. Now, I have no idea what any of the maps are, or different installations (and there is no grid system yet). So it's very difficult for fresh players to describe any map glitches legibly in the proper forum section.
