I havent played in a little while but i got this email about the Tribute Mercenary Pack and the 3 extra dropsuits you get when you purchase it. In the PSN Store there were only 2 Merc packs one with a Beta Client and one without. it stated i couldn't purchase the Beta Client one so i purchased the other. I thought it was the Tribute Merc Pack. My Dust account shows the 40k Aurum that was advertised but not the 3 Type 1 Dropsuits. Did i miss something was this not offered to the PSN members and i just bought another merc pack

The 3 tribute suits are (or were? I don't know if they were available anymore) part of either merc pack. I think the tribute suits were a limited time offer but I could be wrong. At anyrate, when you login you'll be able to choose which character you give them too, just like all the other merc pack items. |

Did you log n after you bought it? If you haven't logged in within the promotion timeframe, you have to contact Support to get the suits. |

why should i have seen that when the link didn't take me to the forums but to the webpage with the details. If thats the one i should have seen then thats the one the email should have linked me to.
ok and like i said in the first post i hadnt played in a while so i wasn't frequenting the forums either. And the Email nor the linked page say any specific time on that date that the offer is over. I guess stupid me seen a web page with all kinds of info on it and thought i didnt need to check the forums for the exact details as there wasnt anywhere stating that there were further details. I mean have an email with a date and not time and a webpage with a date and not time so why should i feel a need to look for the time it ended
And being in the PST time zone i really wouldnt call 3 hours of availability being available that day. but i guess technically it was.

With that date, you should have gotten them. Aren't they showing up on the "Redeem items" window right after you log into a character?

no they are not. this is my second merc pack purchase and i have double of everything the merc pack offers but no Type 1 Dropsuits. which were the reason i went for the second merc pack.
Like i said i hadn't played in a while basically since Borderlands 2 came out. So i just bought the pack when i seen it was offering the extra drop suits. According to the post in the forums i was 13 hours late as the cut off time was 11:00 GMT which is 4:00am PST for me.
But since i hadn't logged in during the promo time. I'm hoping with the email i sent the support team i will be receiving them . will find out i guess |

I saw someone else mention that you had to log in during that time as well. I find that extremely stupid really. You are in essence already logged in tot he PSN whey you buy it.

Best of luck getting your suits. If you picked up a Merc pack during the promo dates you really should get the promotional items, seems pretty straight forward.

Just got an email from GM Kitten this morning. Asked me which character i wanted my suits on. I've only checked my main so far but the suit was there . I imagine the others are as well.

The same story to me!
Bought Merc pack 29 sept, not played DUST 514.
No any dropsuits.
Wrote to DUST Support. There are their answers:
1) You bought only ONE Merc pack.
I answered - yes, why i needed several?!
Thay excuse it was their fault.
2) Then, you bought not in the offer's period.
I've send them PS store invoice...
3) Now they writing me that:
"Unfortunately, we cannot locate the transaction of Merc pack on your account on 29th Sep.
It may be a problem in PS store about this transaction but PS store is managed by Sony not us.
Please contact Sony for further assistance on this case."
I answered: its you problem not mine, check my account's services list - Merc pack dated by 29 sept 2012.
... Waitnig for answers. i think DUST stuff are liers and frauders!
