- This armor would make prone awkward
- We don't want people who train themselves to go prone every time they shoot.
IF there would ever be prone, it should take say.. about a second and a half to go prone/get up- while also taking stamina. Heavies also wouldn't be able to.
This would make prone more tactical- not just being used by COD idiots to shrink their hitbox. |

Agreed. When you are crossing terrain and you see a sniper bullet pass right in front of your face, you want to find cover. Since there is so little cover in this game on the main field going prone would be a huge asset.
Also I would argue that assault troops shouldn't be able to go prone either. I'd say just Logi suits and Scouts, the two lightest. Scouts because they have the least HP and the LogiBros because of low HP and their weapon specialization is the SMG, which means they need to avoid ranged fire at all costs. |

huge open plain and you want to lay on the floor in open cover?
prone is for camping. cod has proning, needless to say, it's also full of campers so op - bad arguement.
I don't care for proning, but in this game it won't provide much help because shields give time to turn around and shoot your lazy butt

Down troll, Down!
I obviously didn't mean laying down in the open like an idiot, I meant there are plenty of places with small hills that you can't crouch behind for cover, but could go prone behind it and be out of sight. |

yeah going prone would definently help escape snipers and avoid firing squads if only for a second. if anyone should be resticted from using prone it might be heavies considering that bulky armor makes them stick up too much |
