I speak from experience so these fixes would basically sort it out espc in the beta
1. SP/WP are not earned while doing things in the spawn - this would make ppl to have to go out into the battlefield to earn WP/SP for the OB and thus would put them at risk or being shot at for once
2. Make OB cost 5k in WP - It would force ppl to squad up and play as a team to earn the OB strikes, as it is 4 man team way too easy to earn 1350 WP for an OB
3. Add in a cooldown timer - This is so you cannot spam 10 one after another
Points 1 & 2 would basically fix the current problem we have now, or at least the problem of ppl boosting in the spawn, if they try and boost on the field of play then they run the risk of getting caught and blown up
EDIT: Friendly fire would also hinder the boosters aswell, pissed off ppl would go out of ther way to destroy the boosters and its also another way to grief ppl by teamkilling them |

The reason i added 5k WP for an OB is because a squad of 4 can achieve the current 1350WP needed very easily early on in a match, they not ment to be used like a gun, it more of something you earn which can cause a great deal of damage and stop the enemy and maybe change the game at that time |

Change your statement from SP/WP to just WP and I think you would be fine. If I only earn experience in a redzone - even trying to fight back from there - I should receive something for my efforts, but perhaps it should not mean a reward of an orbital strike.
However, being pinned down and having an orbital open up a path would also be warranted if we were redlined.
Your solutions?
TBH at the start of the game you should be in a position to at least be able to start with a basic defense
A redline doesnt happen automatically in most cases and even if it does drop uplinks are your friend but even so its still quite easy to escape the spawn camp in most cases
As for OB you can hold onto them, you dont have to use em as soon as you get them
As for WP you get them for each action, SP tho is calcualted differently but will be tied in to WP i do think hence why when you get alot of WP you get alot of SP to go with it |
