Seriously, I love playing against people in RUSSIA who are all given proto suits, weapons and gear. 
Let them play against eachother, not against those of us in the beta. Not only is there severe lag issues to deal with here (US players going against players in Russia... do the math), but they all have freaking proto weapon and dropsuits.
What the heck CCP? At the very least limit them to play against other Russian beta players, not those of us on the other side of the world. |

Without complaints, nothing would ever get fixed/solved.
But really, this is ridiculous. I am lucky to play a handful of non glitched out matches in a night, I don't want to have to deal with this as well. I spend most of my night restarting the game over and over and over just so I can have the opportunity to join ONE match without any major issues. To finally land in a match that isn't plagued by frame-rate issues is practically a miracle.
So far tonight, it has been plagued by igromir players who are all proto'ed out, which I stand absolutely no chance against unless they are REALLY bad players. Not to mention the lag difference, as I'm sure they have priority since the devs want to leave a good impression for them.

The contrast between is laughable, in a sad way. I was just playing against more igromir players, me and another had weakened this ones guys shields and armor down to virtually nothing.... well, in about 1-2 seconds (literally) the guy already had full armor and shields again. WTF is this crap? By the effin time I was able to reload he had full everything again. How the hell am I supposed to fight against that using nothing but militia gear?
Give me my Duvolle AR, type II suit, shield extender, nanohive and 10% damage mod back and these guys wouldn't stand a chance. But since I am trying to earn some ISK to buy more stuff, using starter kits against these igromir proto players is a night and day difference. All they have to do is think in my direction and I am dead.
Pretty much shooting fish in a barrel at this point. Anybody who says proto doesn't give a huge advantage is delusional. I could suck and go 0-10 with a starter kit, but go 20-1 with proto gear under the same situation. |
