CCP needs to remove showing who the opponent who accepted a contract is. reason i say this is because it will end up where the really good teams wont be gettin much gudfites as teams will see they accepted a contract and purposely avoid fighting them because they dont wanna lose or risk losing.
Its happened in socom 4 where high rated teams would challenge peeps and get rejected.
Good teams imo shouldnt be punished because others see a name and refuse to fight.
Collateral is a good idea, makes sure a team loses something for losing and also no showing, imo id bump that up a notch tbh. 1mill currently is cheap 1 player could pay that easy, hoping their will be bigger contracts worth alot more.
So yea teams shouldnt see who accepted a contract till AFTER they paid the collateral and accepted it.
PS: can someone explain the time on the current contracts? is that EVE time? if so where can i translate to EST time? |

We need EVE time clock on HUD in MQ.
I agree. We should be able to see the corp we're facing just the faction. Corp will be seen when you start the battle and collateral has been paid to defend. |

Didn't someone say somewhere that we're fighting over installations ect? That seems like collateral to me... Sure, super clan A turns up to destroy all in an empty district, no-one will bother to defend.
I don't know, I don't know enough about FW will work. But I do know if we're fighting over assets, people should try to protect them. Unless it's not economical in time/ISK.
I'll stay sat on the fence |

seeing as we are mercs and dont have to stay loyal to one faction what point is there to have some sort of reason to show up and defend a space when tomorrow u might be taking a contract to attack the faction u were defending yesterday
@youngcuz that is very true. my clan had a 1700+ rating on socom and teams would decline alot if ppl can see who it is they are facing they wont wanna risk a loss and loss of expensive gear when they not tied down to 1 faction so 0 incentive to really fight for say Gallente cause |
