Sure im boosting and abusing the system simply because CCP havnt fixed it
The more ppl who do this and the more threads are made about said thing maybe they will hotfix the WP and the OB rate
Currently in 1 game i was at least able to acquire maybe 20+ OB and tbh done right you can do that in every match currently, hell i had so many OB i didnt even get to use them all
Really ther needs to be a cooldown timer for the OB so you cannopt spam 10 in a row, also another simple fix is to make it so SP/WP are not gained in the spawn and also raise the WP cap for OB to like 5k, all this could be done in a hotfix
If DUST is going to be a sandbox game then this is also classed as griefing and trolling your own team and really not breaking any rules that i know of
Also are ppl really going to do this in null/low in proper matches? no they are not tbh unless they are getting paid to specifically lose the match, hell take the option to boost out of low sec and leave it in null or low so you dont wreck new players but then the only time you can boost is in organized games if ya like and of course ppl will abuse that but not so much if anyone corp can take any contract and have to put down a ISK payment English, you're a disgrace,frikkin Brits.

while I would agree with the sentiment, continually using the same exploit in order to gain an advantage over other beta testers is just bad beta testing, If you can't/won't test properly, don't beta test. simple.
Identify a problem, report it in the correct manner, move on to something else. Is it really that hard to take seriously? |

Blame the Devs for not realizing the exploit, and taking so long to fix it.
Dust is no sandbox game.
Also the responsibility for continually using exploits lies with the person exploiting, not the Dev.
Can't say I'm surprised though as very few people take responsibility for their own actions, look at the state America is in because of their rampant litigation culture.
Also, it's been said before; just because you CAN do something, doesn't mean you SHOULD. The fact that people apply a wildly different rationale to their online activities means that we have an internet that is full of trolls and genetic throwbacks looking for their 15 minutes of infamy.
It's getting harder and harder to justify starting up Dust, simply because the experience is ruined by COD kiddies and useless testers, not because the game has flaws. |
