None of those threats of lawsuits is going to happen. Every player should know by now that beta testing entails risks to hardware. If you don't get that concept, then get out of Dust Beta. In fact, get out of beta testing of any game in general because that's just the way it is. People have reported seeing their PS3 consoles locking up to the point of physical damage from just beta testing MASS EFFECT games and that is just one example. Were the developers sued for that? No. The beta testers agreed to the risks.

They do compensate 50$ if they happen to fry your ****. They know it has been making some peoples systems run way to hard, more then they were designed to. It has been reported for awhile, and needs to continue being reported.. because guess what happens when beta is gone and this occurs again but to wayyyyy more people.. guess what it is.. cmon now, just 1 guess... LAWSUIT.. so troll elsewhere and let people express thier concerns

I said people will start trying to if their **** gets broke you guys know it. So i figure their gonna need to fix it pretty soon. Now with that said, i was angry when i posted this from it happening two games in a row earlier. I coulda had a better tone i suppose but lets not forget the main problem, Dust is crashing consoles. It should get fixed.
