I am getting 15k to 69k a game, barely 100k... even with my tier 1 scout dropsuit and advanced rifle... whats wrong with that.
Then I am stuck forever with using only starter kit.. to make money at least for 2 or 3 of my better dropsuits.
All day making money for one particular skill that costs 300k ... I barely managed to cover my dropsuit fitting resupplies... what the heck....... |

I don't understand what yall dont get about only getting 40-60k a game. I win most of my games and top 8 most of the time, yet I mever get over 100k. No way I can buy any good of gear. |

I suspect the isk payout looks at your warpoints vs team warpoint total.
So if 2 team mates each have 4,000wp from repairing crashed lav, rest of team loses isk? That or isk payout broke when they fixed sp payout. |

Whatever it is it needs to be fixed. I cant build a damn thing when I only get 25-50.000 isk per match. Stuck here and not bothered to build when I have to play 10 matches to afford a skillbook. An advanced assault rifle is what 18.000 isk. How an I suppose to shoot? |

When I started playing EVE online it was hard, now I make 1b / hr. So my advice is take it easy, join a corporation, work in group and over time you will be a king. When you are tired and want to see what's upstairs there is a whole lot behind this. Or maybe you can signup on EVE online, make some mega bucks there and contract the stuff bact to your Dust player... easy peasy... |

Yeah no thanks. Not devoting my life to EVE. You are also forgetting one thing. We are beta testing and will be zeroed out once the game is launched. So why should anyone take it easy? It is impossible to run a standard suit at the moment. |

Even though they are cheap, if you actually do something in a match, like kill, hack, revive, you should be banking 250k - 350k a game. If you don't do much a game but still do a little, you should get 100k - 150k like I said. |

There was supposed to be a "fix" for low payouts in cheap games. I thought that meant we'd get more. I've had games where I get 300k ISK though. There is no consistency. |

Are you restocking your militia fits via the fitting menu? If so, you are paying too much. There is a bug and your fit that would normally cost 3k - 5k ISK costs 12k - 20k...the fitting menu uses the old BPO prices from last build. |

Just looked @ patch notes.
"Fixed a severe bug in the reward system. Rewards especially in low level matches should be higher than before."
I have never had less than 60k in the other builds. Even for a terrible match. Something went wrong. |

Well, considering that ISK reward is based on equipment destroyed and at the end of last build everyone was running proto gear, the rewards were much higher then. Now it is mostly standard and militia gear...the rewards are lower. But I usually get between 70k and 200k ISK, depending on how much I suck. |

Played a few matches today. Started with my planned logi stuff as usual. Got into the fixing/healing business and got 100-500WP a game for healing team mates and then maybe one or two lucky shotgun shots at the enemy. Reward 6k-15k SP and 30k-50k ISK and mostly got off on average 4 deaths so the ISK payout does not cover the lost type I logi fitting I currently have.
Got frustrated, went berserk. Played a game with free starter fits, didn't care how many times I died, managed to get close to even 14/15, got 700WP. Reward 9k SP, 40k ISK.
So based on this experience, staying alive does not pay and using free starter fits yields better WP/hour and ISK/hour ratios in the end than using the ones that you need to pay for.
Now based on this, although this is just a single case, I must ask where is the fun in this game at this point? What are the costly suits good for if you can get better results by just headlessly running around with starter fits without caring whether you die or not? Where are the tactical aspects of this game? Currently, for me at least, staying alive on the battle field and helping my fellow team mates, does not seem very rewarding option or tactic. Previous build had it's flaws, but at least it was fun when I could experiment with different builds and vehicles as the ISK payout was so much better that I had plenty of ISK to fool around with. Now struggling just to stay afloat takes too much effort.
We are supposed to be mercenaries and mercenaries fight for money. Currently the money is just not there, so I'm just wondering what the heck we're fighting for. |

When you restock via Fitting Dropsuit menu, it buys 1 of everything on that loadout including the dropsuit also (Unless it's a BPO). You'd be surprised on how many players haven't taken notice to that. |

Did this again..seems to be consistent. 12/15 and some hacking yielded 950 WPs, 10k SP and the ISK.. Just playing with starter triage fit. Really no point buying those pesky expensive suits just run with the free stuff, accumulate ISK to get the skill books, but then really what's the point as you're not going to need those skill points for you're not going to buy the stuff the skills are needed for. |

It feels like some people's isk is bugged. I tend to get between 60-80k a round no matter how well or awful I do. I've had some terrible games and got 50k, then ill have some great games and get 75k.
I know the elite killers in this game are raking it in, but being an average player I have no idea how I'll ever save enough to regularly run anything other than militia/BPO, let alone fly dropships again. |

Some of us are not here to spend our cash on a beta. Therefore there-¦s no such thing as a well worth price.
How am I suppose to beta test this game and its equipment/weapons/gear when i can hardly afford the standard stuff from my game earnings? 25-35.000 isk per game is not enough.

Exactly lol, I cant even afford to use a Tech II heavy suit and Advanced Assault Forge gun. If I want to play my forge build I would have to use the Skinweave BPO heavy suit that I have and just a Basic Assault forge gun, yeah this is fine I guess but when I finaly upgrade my skill so i can wear slightly better stuff than the average joe only for it to be useless because of the isk cost and the rewards from matches makes it unusable, it just sucks, especialy in a beta test.
I stopped playing as soon as my last forge gun (60k isk total) fit ran out and i couldnt restock it any more. My reason being that Ive got 1X surya tank and 5X dropships stitting in my assets from salvage worth about 3 million isk (and thats just those 2 things) and no way to sell them because it hasnt been implimented yet. Obviously on games release isk wont be so stingy to come by as you will be able to sell stuff for at least a fraction of its buy value. I know its beta but I just dont feel like strugging and being poor and wearing gear i dont want to wear and shouldnt be wearing because i cant sell my salvage.
In the current stage of the game the salvage system is just pointless. Just give us the ISK equivalent instead. |
