As the title states, sometimes whenever somebody try to use one of the installations, his/her body is left outside frozen in the hacking animation without a name on top of their head (you can't recognize if they're allies or enemies). The game breaking part is that their body is vulnerable and they can be killed as if they were standing outside. |

well I dont see any door on those things or a way to fit inside them and they are usually automated, So It is probably the way they were supposed to work but the previous builds they might not have been able to figure aa way to have your camera view be "in" the gun with your body outside overriding the controls so they stuffed your body in it.
They way it is now makes more since as your really operating the gun emplacements similar to using a howitzer. |

The body is supposed to be exposed, allowing for the person manning the turret to be flanked if he is not paying attention nor being protected. You should not consider it as "entering" the turret, but rather as "accessing" the turret.
In the previous build the player character would always be sucked to the exact same position on the turret. With the case of the Railgun Turret this position was accidentally under the ground. This made it impossible to kill the person in the Railgun Turret while all the other turrets were functioning correctly. This also made capturing a turret in the opposing half of the map near suicidal since your character would warp around to the side of the turret that could easily be shot at by enemy fire.
In the current build these problems have been fixed by having your character stay wherever it was standing at the time you accessed the turret. |

I don't think it's intentional though, because there is no consistently and the animation doesn't really make sense. Also, if that's how it suppose to work, the player health should be shown on the screen while operating the installation, and the installation health won't be as important. |

Also, if that's how it suppose to work, the player health should be shown on the screen while operating the installation, and the installation health won't be as important. It is intentional because it allows for you to skillfully steal a turret away from it's operator.
With the case of the turrets of the previous build, if someone sneaked around and took out the turret operator of either the Blaster or Missile Turret he could then proceed to hack that turret and use it against the team that was supposed to be both protecting it and protecting themselves with it. But with the glitched Railgun Turret, the only way to stop the rampaging gunner of one was to destroy the turret. This nuisance caused many players who did not intend to man them to outright destroy all of the Railgun Turrets at the beginning of the match instead of risk the enemy team getting ahold of them.
And I'm not sure what you mean by "there is no consistently" (read: consistency) when I already explained that there is no set position on the turret --- no SINGLE seat, as it were --- to operate the turret from. All sides of the turret have a monitor and control panel. That is the point that your character controls it from. The animation shows the character putting his hands forward as if he is reaching out to touch the control panel. Admittedly, now if the character is far enough away from the panel when he accesses the turret he probably appears to be reaching out into the air, but I haven't yet taken notice having only played for a short while yesterday.
Finally, the health of the installation is very important. If it is about to blow up you should know, so that you can decide whether you need to bail or if it's safe enough to stay until its shields become restored. |

Well thanks for the clarification. I guess it just needs a little polishing then. |

I've encountered this as well. Mine was a little more crazy. I saw my own avatar running in the direction that I was going when I jumped in a Large Blaster Turret.
Once, I saw myself running forward away from the turret. Lol I could even shoot myself. Another time I saw my self, still hacking, running into a wall nearby the turret.
Very wierd bug
