I really like that we have female player models now, but the boobs, especially on the scout dropsuit, are rather big. Considering that scouts should be fast and agile, this should actually have the most athletic bodytype (i.e.small boobs).
Ideally, dropsuits should not differ in bodytype, since the person inside them would be the same, regardless of what suit she wears. The difference was less apparent in the male suits (to be fair, the boobs are the most visible difference), excepting the Heavy. |

EDIT: I agree with you, though. It doesn't really make sense for the dropsuits to be engineered in a way to make boobs stick out like they're wearing spandex or something |

I actually thought they were quite tasteful. Nothing cartoonishly pronounced on those suits. But then again, I don't use scout suits and I don't really pay attention to details when I'm shooting them. |

I have a couple problems with the scout - the chest and the head. The chest is definitely way too big, and the helmet looks really weird where it meets the neck, as if the two don't come together very well.
I didn't look at the heavy, but I thought the others were fine. |

I agree, it's a little silly. Especially on stuff like the assault dropsuit, which has rigid torso armor, the breasts are really over-pronounced. Especially considering these are combat clones, right? Do they give combat clones tactical breast implants? |

Actually, I think the opposite is the case. Your combat clone is kind of a single use, throw away thing. When you respawn in a scout drop suit, you will be inside a clone that was specifically engineered for the purpose of being fast, agile, stealthy etc. If you're a heavy, your clone was engineered to be super strong and robust. A scout clone probably wouldn't even have the strength required to operate a heavy suit. Your clone is like a piece of clothe that you change depending on situation. You don't have a 'real' body anymore, only your consciousness is remaining from you mortal existence.
But anyway, I agree that less boobs and model like curves on female avatars should be in order. The female assault looks kind of fragile, like she couldn't hold her own against a male counterpart. Which she should be capable of, because otherwise, why would anyone use a femal clone in battle if they don't have to? (edit: speaking of an 'immortal' in the Dust universe, not of the people playing this game) |

Something about the female characters seemed odd to me. It wasn't the boobs, but its like their general figure and posture is designed to look sexy instead of just being a mercenary that happens to be female; kind of reminded me of some kind of doll. |

I do think they are made too much for boys to look at rather then to be what a woman would most likely look like in this role.
The more armor/gear on, the better they seem to fit the role. Scouts just do not look like they are really there for the battle, and the Assault do look a little fragile and possibly a bit unreal (I can't place what exactly is wrong, but something is off).
Of course...since most of the players are guys, the models will reflect what they want. |

I'm a male and I use a male character. Bigger junk would be awesome for... tactical male on male (or male on female) bonding on the war barge; it would help with establishing bonds of trust, teamwork, and camaraderie amongst the team. It would be like the Sacred Band of Thebes.

Well...I did notice my 'guns', especially in the scout suit, and they tend to be in my way, if I try to snipe people...I always have to move them around to find a stable position for my rifle...
And there are boobs in the title, since the thread is about boobs...it could have been ****, chest, cleavage or bosoms, but I doubt that would have changed something...udders might have changed something, but not for the better |
