QFT mate had such high hopes for something different, we end up with a sloppy mish mash of an fps 
Edit the forum bit, you get that no matter what forum you go on , internet makes for brave and obnoxious people, also a few decent ones |

I'm QQing because it was just so much dam fun befor no matter what class you played. Its all just the same now. Roll an AR assult and make sure you see the other guy first..ow and use cover to camp behind or save yourself the hastle and just sit in the redzone and snipe. Or just farm it up back at base and OB everything that moves with l33t skills. Game was verymuch my cup of tea but CCP has seen fit to change it and well I dont like it even a little. Its my problem and I should just HTFU and leave already instead of hanging about wishing for what was or could have been. Its a beta and yes it could all change but I think I can see the writing on the wall. Would really really love to be wrong. PS if I'm wrong I will be the first to come back and eat humble pie. Do yourself a favour mate and take a 3 week break, you've been here for ages. It might feel a bit refreshed then and you'll try something different. Saying that, my year long EVE break still drags on heh. Fire sale waiting when I eventually go back :P
Don't think a break can pull this game back normalisation is killing the market seems like all devs are scared to be different

We were told it would be different but it's ended up the same as most fps's.
On the other hand I like the sound of the combat mushroom. |

Replication heavy Nerf because no-one could aim.
E3 was Creodon Nerf because a few good players used it, so everyone jumped on the bandwagon.
Precursor, Tanks were nerfed because infantry was nerfed. It actually made sense...
Now because of the terribads who can't aim we get movement nerfs.

I'm gonna play borderlands. It's more realistic than Slow514 Is 'realistic' really the word you are after. The 'dancing queens' of the last build were ridiculous. Try that on a genuine battlefield and spend the rest of your short life picking up your guts. I suspect that what you want is the exact opposite of 'realistic'.
I think the word that should be used was different, I think TC pretty much hit the nail on the head, the game was supposed to be a different kind of Fps now it's just the same as the rest, the danceing scout was a pain and as an average player it was a challenge but I was getting better only a few very good players caused me much of a problem.
Alas ccp have caved in and we end up with this build. |

Honestly, this game is different. It connects to EVE.
However, maybe it really does suck and I don't know, but I will judge that when I play it.
It's not different enough, go play 5 flag wake bf3 it's virtually the same game except a poorer inception of it . |

Enjoy your COD clone Way back in april me and my fellow compatriots told everybody this game would devolve into a COD clone if CCP slowed the game down and catered towards the campers that sit in one spot and don't move around the map. CCP seriously needs to bring this game more inline with the pace of replication. Yep you were right. might dig up to take a victory lap with after i finish this exam.
