More and more complainers... allow me to school you once again. before, there was around 10% of the game released. this bumped it up to 50 or 60%. This is a BETA. B.E.T.A. whats more its a CLOSED BETA. C.L.O.S.E.D. there's more issues with this than in open betas. try and keep in mind that this is a work in progress when judging this game. that's what these forums are here for. You submit any technical issues. maybe submit ways to improve game play.
Recruiters: i noticed you took allot of crap for it being a BETA forum instead of a "were here so you can advertise your happy fun time" forum, just keep in mind as a BETA tester, you have a obligation to the game to improve on it, so use these forums(ONLY these) to do so, and not solely for your CORP.
GM/DEV: my report:
Took me several hours to download Codex, understandable, sadly i needed to go and play pool for the APA right after it finished XD But when i got back, i tryed entering a match, and got the same error everyone else was getting. it took me 5 trys to enter a match, but i thoroughly enjoyed how the game was. when moving on the ground, more motion is seen, AR fire sounds like the tanks turret, which can confuse people. i actually looked around to try and find a vehicle cuz i heard gunfire XD bit after it stopped letting me in, i stopped playing for a while. after i returned, i decided to check out the female char creation(promptly deleting it afterward) the char looks great so far. however, the error hasnt fixed and it even stopped giving me a message, refusing to let me in even after trying 20 times(which i refer to as Auto un-queing). i was able to try out the new map on Skermish, and i actually loved how you start out in the MCC. its not there just to look pretty anymore! same game, i called in my first Orbital Strike and it felt amazing watching those enemies get tossed like rag dolls XD
I gotta say, the fitting options are better now that you can restock everything at once... but expendable Militia gear? maybe its cuz im used to using Militia as a mean to build money without wasting good equiment, but i think it should stay Unlimited. yes you ave Unlimited as AUR items, but as a penniless chump such as myself, i cant get AUR. its true though, the Militia gear is cheaper than hell, but i spent half a paycheck restocking cuz players still dont get the concept of teamwork. and it sems as though you lessend the SP needed for alot if not all skills(i got AR to lv 3 using the starting 500k), and with the error, thank god for Passive SP gain.
Other readers, ik this is a big post, might even try and find as many faults as you possibly can. i just want the critisism to stop before the game even launches. the report is MY personal experience. and i am kinda put off by recruiting posts in the beta forum, but its not my call. |
