Ok after reading this entire thread i see how this got "dumb downed". its all because most of this community cant say anything of value to the game. i'm not saying everyone just the real hardcore haters just because they get killed one or two times they freak out and say the game sucks. its a beta get over it. it improves over time and you may not like what they did but its not like the devs cant just apply a hotfix and balance stuff out. Regis the only thing i like about u is your name (im a huge MEGAS fans) but u need to relax dont take things so hard just like you voice your opinion you're going to have to brunt the people that have different opinions than you. and these insults that are being spit out isnt helping anything so chill man. voice you opinion but be prepared to have people attacking you opinion and treat the attacks with the most respect. if theres anything that i learned is that screaming, crying, and cursing always loses an arguement. |

There is a difference between informing your players and dumbing it down. If a game lacks enough basics to inform a player then that is a problem. However this is an unfinished product. Saying it's dumbed down is like complaining about Coka~Cola from one year to the next in that you feel the forumla and swear to the heavens it has been changed. So now you do not like or agree with it. Seriously I've seen people complain that the can changed the taste. People are and always will complain.
awww man plus +9000 for you!!! lol   im not saying its dumb downed its just that theses ragers and QQers are basically numbing my brain out with the constant hate. its like no of these people have anything informative to say its just "spit anger and rage because i cant adapt to all the changes!" its kinda sad really and instead of having a good discussion or debate its just "curse and rage because that is always the right answer and im always right!!" |

and thats great to hear man but it doesnt matter if you're just spitting out hate instead of having a reasonable debate about what you and everyone else thinks about whats right and wrong with the game. it helps no one when you cant reasonably explain your anger and frustration into a thought where it can help the Devs and explain your reasoning on why you hate that particular thing about the game. |

Maybe I'm tired of trying to be reasonable because for 4 builds the game still plays like dirt. Maybe when I tried to be reasonable the **** heads in this forum say stupid **** like adapt or die or biomass your clone and give me your stuff herp derp. So same to you if you don't like what I have to say or how I say it ignore me!
i dont find it reasonable just to stop talking to someone just because i dont like what you say. say what you want it doesnt mean im going to ignore what you have to say maybe you'll say something that doesnt sound like anger maybe you'll say something that will be informative. Till then i can wait. you can ignore me if you want but i dont ignore other people just cause they tell me to. |

if you plan on answering this - no reality comparisons please. you dont respawn in real life, you dont have clones of yourself. you can't throw spawn points of where you are going to be re-born, guns are a lot harder to use in real life then on this game. etc... i could make a list but thats too big as is.
good point. i havent actually seen anything wrong with strafing feels the same to me but what i think the reason why strafing was slowed down a bit is because part of the hit detection problem couldve been related. liek you're strafing quick and when the bullet would hit where you where it would act like you were still standing in the same spot but no damage would happen because you're not actually standing in that spot so the hit box kinda didnt move at the same speed the character did. im not saying this the reason and it sounds really ridiculous (even to me) but its just a theory. |

i mean we all want some type of chance to survive. i like having more options then finding the nearest dumpster and hiding in it.
to be funny, gimme the metal gear box and ill show you how stupid some things can be. (For those who played MGS4 online and noticed that the box was your getaway from bullets)
