You forget that the highest possible damage for the laser rifle requires not just weaponry V and Laser rifles III. You also need (at least) the Complex light damage modifier fitted. You really don't need to use Caps all the time. Plus I would have asked you what you were on about, not everyone one knows what you mean by "specced" and "wanting to spec into something" may well make no sense to most people. no offense chief, you are coming across over-caffeinated :) I was getting melted by Lasers within 5 games after the patch was up. so yeah they are just fine, now... back to levelling my Laser up ;)

If not, well, contact CCP Support.

He was talking about the fact that you only focused the SP given to you on just one skill book and not bothered to train up to others that would compliment that skill such as weapon upgrades and proficiencies.

As they are now, no one will use them and it will be harder to see what kind of buff it needs, instead of dialing it back, which I find easier to balance.

You may kill them after that, you may not. It's more in terms of ambushing their position before they have enough time to react and get out of your beam. Most of the time they are too slow and die.

Well, they do have a pretty fast reload speed though and it doesnt take long to go through half a clip (not that you may even need to...), but i'm sure ccp will keep tweaking. Meanwhile, I'm gonna keep burning bitches with mah lazerbeam
