Hello
I really enjoy playing DUST 514, However I am a noob and when I try to read the forums I have no ideal what people are talking about. If there is a tread to this already, then I apologize and just send in the right direction. If not could someone create a list of all the abbreviations regarding DUST 514, like AV and MCC and so on and so on, I and all the others noobs would appreciate it very much.

AR - Assault Rifle
BPO - Blue Print Original (as I understand the way these are being implemented in DUST is you just make more from the BPO so you only need to buy it once and you don't lose them when you die. That's the way it is now and I assume that's the mechanic that will continue in the future)
BPC - Blue Print Copy. Don't know if those are really in DUST or what and probably will only matter to us indy eggers.
Reppers - Armor Repairers
HMG - Heavy Machine Gun
SMG - Sub Machine Gun
LAV - Light Assault Vehicle (cars)
HAV - Heavy Assault Vehicle (tanks)
T1,T2,Proto - Tech 1, Tech 2, Prototype. T1 suits are the 2 basic dropsuits (skill level I and II), T2 are the advanced (skill level IV), and proto suits require skill level V.
I dunno, what else? |

I dont think T1 T2 that people are refering to means Tech. It means Tier. Tech 2 stuff hasn't been introduced into the game yet. |

Also on the Tech 1 and Tech 2 stuff i think the poster above me is correct, the suits we have now are Tier 1 and Tier 2 tech 2 will be something else in its own. |

WB is the war barge ... the ship you prepare for battle in ... in high orbit
OB or PS or some combination is Orbital Bombardment or Precision Strike (seems like name not really set in stone yet) |

I'm bored so here's a few more you may or may not be familiar with:
DS = Dropship
OP = Over powered
Nerf = Decrease of the attributes of something
Buff = Increase of the attributes of something
OHK = One Hit Kill
DC'd = Disconnected
SWM4BBW = Single White Male....Oh... uhhh... that's a totally different forum.
