Please keep this questons. I just as much as others would love to have a thread where CCP activially answers questions.

Corp channel is text, of course all have text, patch notes are not clear if corp channel voice is available without uvt, notes don't actually say one way or other. I guess included, but only a guess.
Corp wide uvt question seemed to be asking about a corp buying a really expensive aur uvt, that gives whole corp uvt custom channel voip features. I would guess price in tens or hundreds of thousand aur if it was added.
Cost a little higher then renting third party voip server for similar number of users. (since it connects to other corps voip, unlike third party voip. And so ccp makes a profit on it.)
If something like his is planned is different then voice on corp channel. |

It's a text chat corp channel, which does not currently exist. Local kinda works like corp chat temporarily, but it's not corp chat. Local is a star-system wide channel.
If you want to use voice, you'll need a UVT. |

Last build had wipe and new server on different day then new build, so for a few days e3 char were in precursor build.
So, the wipe like previous builds could mean wipe is not monday but new build is. Dev on irc was reported to have said tq move next build was reason for wipe. Newer dev comments sound like move is further down road, so either plan changed or they said future build and someone assumed future meant next( when it could be 4 builds away) New rumor, I can't find original source of rumor, is move to tq at end of next build, this sounds unlikly as it would be two wipes in same build(or codex wipe not done for few weeks).
So, was move to tq rumor always baseless, or did plans change/misunderstood? Will char wipe be same time as build deployed, or different day latter in week? The last wipe unless a problem based off irc comments, was there a problem so expect many more wipes?(I assumed last wipe meant of closed beta with more for open beta and launch) |

Now I think on it I don't recall seeing mention of a change to end-battle stats, either. I'm sure Monday's Codex update isn't the only change we'll see in the near future. |

I just want to clarify something because I'm still relatively new.
The salary cap reset will be 7 days. So that means as the week goes on you will earn less and less sp? And then on the 8th day it will reset. Now, will that countdown start for you or be uniform across the board? So, for example...if I start playing will my 7 day count start on Tuesday or will it start on Monday for everyone? Because that means, we will all have to play on the reset day for maximum sp earnings.
I see a lot of people are happy about this but I don't see how this is a good thing. |

I'm not sure on the details, but I don't see why its any better or worse than the current diminishing SP we have. As long as the initial SP bonus on the first day is scaled up right, I think it will be ok. |

Yea but if its uniform....what if you start playing on Thursday if it begins to scale down from Monday for everyone? Not to mention that I don't understand why they would implement something that may cause people to play less as the week goes on. |

Say I do not play till Wed on a Mon start. Will I get max SP gain on Wed and it goes down from there and still reset on Mon? Or if I don not play on Mon I have to work crazy hard to hit cap?

*Diminishing returns for skill points earned from battles are now on a 7-day cycle that resets at downtime every Tuesday (used to reset every day at downtime) |

The diminishing returns are per character. If you play char1 on Tuesday, char2 on Wednesday and char3 on Thursday, all get the biggest bonus and then it goes down, as you play. The bonus doesn't go down when you aren't playing. So if you start playing on Saturday evening and haven't played all week with that character, you still get the maximum bonus. |

What about fixing restock back to the E3 build version?
What about nerfing of thukker grenades, it's not mentioned but was supposed to come?
What about responsiveness when scrolling through fittings? It's laggy and slow now..
What about the INVALID fit problem?

anyway, now that corps are out, it is verified. no UVT required, voice chat is free for corps... thank you all, very, very much :) and yes, nothing about UVT bundleling in those patch notes cause UVT is not required for Free Voice in Corp Chat! this is for player created corps |

yea, i'm wondering where the patch notes are for the known bugs in this build. every other build with the patch notes they'd put known bugs in as well, so we wouldn't all freak out, like the Corp Bug that limited Corps to max 11 players. then they patch this in last night to fix it... why were known bugs/issues not posted in the patch notes this time? |
