Greetings Mortals. I am a servant of the HIVE MIND: To proclaim the good news of the Entropy Virus! (and to bring those around me milk and cookies! <3)
The Entropy Virus is an idea, that has begun infecting the Dust Mercenaries of New Eden. How that infection will manifest itself, is not yet known, but as you can plainly see, there are many out there that are trying very hard to stamp this infection out before it begins.
Lies, propaganda, imitations, attacks.... a constant barrage of insults, spies... manipulative news posts... forum trolls and the latest: Even using a form of Identity theft, using THE HIVE MIND's *personal* Facebook account to try and slander him. ("hey... isn't that illegal" you ask? Why... yes Identity theft is illegal!)
If the EV is such a useless, worthless, pathetic excuse of a community, why is there so many people trying to bring it down? What has the EV done to the community to warrent such hate/dispise and attention? Because what the Entropy Virus stands for, goes in the face of the status quo of New Eden. Where lies, propaganda, spies is the norm for how you do business. And people are afraid that the tools of hate and deceit will not work anymore.
The Entropy Virus has unique clans/corporations from many walks of life. Elite gamers, chest thumpers, highly organized military style leaders. We have all adult clans/corps, even some kids... there is no unifying theme to how the EV represents itself....
Except that everyone in the EV has ONE philosophy:
- No Ego / Drama (or how Hive, a supposed Canadian says it: dur-RAM-a
- No manipulation
- Work for the benefit of others, and the whole will benefit.
Don't take my word for it. Look around the forums, follow EV threads, and see how some people make it a full time job to constantly, day in day out, tell the world how we are going to fail. Anyone with half a brain knows that in New Eden, any news site is usually a place for propaganda, so look at how these news sites portray us. Ask yourself:
Are you the kind of person that forms their opinion based on what OTHERS say?
Or
Are you the kind of person that makes up their own mind?
The EntropyVirus website is open to anyone. There is no secrets, no heirarchy, and if you want to know what Hive Mind is up to, you can ask him. The Ventrillo is public, and all it takes is to post a messege.
So, what do you believe in this world of corruption and lies? Below this post you will find many people's perspective on what the EV is... but it's missing one very important thing:
Your own opinion.
You can choose to make it up yourself, do the work and the research.... or you can let others do it for you.
Use your voice for good, or evil. |
