If you downloaded the first one then you don't need to download it again. Just purchase. The download is exactly the same. The only difference is from CCP's side where they add the suits to your account.
When you have selected your character the screen asking you to confirm which items are to be put onto that character will come up. Easy. |

Just to make sure that i hasvn't downloaded the old one again Lol, but yeah it isn't on my DS fitting list nor is it in the A$$ets in the militia department or DS area.. and it didn't pop up when i went to tick the boxes ( only got one account)
There is only one Merc pack. Yes it still shows as 4k Aur on the advert, however CCP converts it to 40k on commencing the game as per recent currency updates.
Sounds like you need to send CCP support an email as per their note top of this page asking for your bonus goods. |

You only get it for purchasing in this timeframe, as per sticky by CCP at top of page.... |
