Why would I want to use a crossbow ? LOL! Who cares about you? The reason I would like to use a XBow is because I like to get in peoples faces LOL! Its the same reason you would use a Nova Knife! Its the challenge!
How about a minmatar bolt gun (haven't come up with many details yet), charges up to heat up the metal than it launches the super heated metal and you can actually kill someone it works like a Xbow and it fits in the game better. |

I don't think some kind of energy melee weapon would be out of the question like a sword, but a bow is just silly. There is a reason army's stopped using them for projectile weapons when guns got made. Swords and nova knifes makes since because guns are less effective at melee. At range guns always wins vs bows and arrows.

And as for the silent argument there are quiet guns too.
Guns win. irl a person can kill someone just as easy with a bow as a gun,maybe more wexscruciating to the victim lol but none the less more stealthier.besides if you read you can see ways it can be used
but irl we don't have high tech shields and armor that is only weakened by outrageously powerful guns that would kill a normal unfitted man just to fire. |
