do we want alot of basic eve flavor modern weapons and equipment, things that stick to a more CoD and BF line up of equipment. or we would want a more awesome futuristic line up, or would we want a pragmatic futuristic line up? how much varity and depth do we want, do we want a few specific damage types or a alot of underlying damage types, do we want similar weapons with slight varition in stats or weapon that are similar in function but would have different stats and uses, do we want varity of weapons or varity of styles?
i would want a mix of all of them but leaning heavly toward pragmatic future with alot of modern equipment mixed in. and i would prefer heavy varition with plenty of different options that are similar in fucntion but have different stats and uses.
what do you want from are line up |

Sight options would mean a lot to me. Other than that things like rapid reload and other weapon attachments should come in the form of skills to reduce spray, increase magazine, reduce reload, reduce climb so on and so forth. |

things that would fit into modern line up would be silencers, mines, frag grenades, night vision, binoculars, flares etc
things that would fit into awesome future would be things that would be impressive and nearly imposible in real world but something people would do.
pragmatic would be taking what we know and mix and matching the lore to create usefull stuff that either round out a player or streagthin thier role. |

I would like multiple things that accomplish the same thing but fill different things so you can mix and match based off your build or SP, for example a skill that increase ammo capacity, an attachment that gives you an extra mag and a low power module that gives you extra ammo. So of course you can train up the skill and get the capacity, or you can go with the the attachment and sacrifice calibration for the extra mag, or sacrife a slot and cpu/pg for a extra mag(s). Something like this I eould appreciate option and different drawbacks |

This has been discussed over and over... and over again. In fact, I created a similar thread about 2 months back now. I only seen one CCP response which was something like "Great idea but cannot do currently.". There had been a post about different rounds possible for sniper rifles so maybe that will be the first step in the direction your describing. Of course, that could just be rumor also. Hard to tell what is rumor and what is truth ATM. |

One thing I noticed in EvE during my 14 days was you could get CPU/Cargohold upgrades & rigging. I'd certainly like to see fitting options diversified in that way. |

This isn't a suggestion thread this is about what kind of module and the design behind them. Should are equipment line upthe moder military, should it be cool space age weaponry, or pragmatic stick things together to accomplish something.
A forge gun is a great example coolbspace age stuff The swarms an example of moder military The laser rifle would be an example of pragmatic space
What kinda of weapon varity do we want? Do we want assault breach tac version of everything? Or ion sniper comparing to plasma based vs projectile based each unique with different stats but same function.
What kinda line up? |
