Okay instead of crazily spamming the battle server, try this next time you receive the server full message that doesn't seem to go away. In your merc quarters, physically walk over to the market interface and open it up. Select any item tab and open up the proceeding list (I have been using the merc tab because it's the closest). Scroll down and select an item to view, look at the stats ( triangle, i think). Back out all the way until you are back in your quarters and search for a battle using either available method. This works nineteen times out of twenty for me, if it still comes up as server full, try the process again selecting two or three different items in a row and try again. Post your findings here and if it works, don't hesitate to hit the like button in the corner. Good luck and may all your fits be valid ! |

Captain-Awesome wrote:lol epic troll and I bet he doesn't realise on a more serious note (so rains doesn't explode in irc :p) just so you know it is not a fix, it's just clearing time for the server to pass :p ???? It's called a workaround....if you're trying to say this isn't a bug, can you explain to me why I can spam the battle finder and get the message while others are: joining battles, quitting battles, in a battle with 3 vs. 10, getting the same server message, etc. all while I'm chatting on the in game message board? Then, after going through that for five minutes plus, performing this workaround suddenly "frees up" a spot on the server? It seems like some sort of connection error to me.
Edit: can't explain it? Change your name, sir, you're not that awe inspiring. |

Ima Leet wrote:last night i got instant battle to work again after multiple Server Full's by going to the Leaderboards. once i went there it loaded a game no issues. It almost seems like any connection made to the server other than a battle connection helps to work around the bug, thanks for sharing. |

Gooly wrote:Yea, it's not gonna change until the server isn't full. It's not a bug or anything, the test server is actually full. I had an issue where once I got that message the game would always freeze when trying to join another game. Opening the leaderboards was the only thing that would fix it for me.
EDIT: Almost forgot to add, once when this happened to me I got some sort of debug screen showing a particular script (IIRC it was related to your PS3 trying a find an address on the server) that would get stuck in a loop. That could cause all kinds of issues, so it could be bugged for some people.
Sorry, I'm not convinced. I probably won't be able to convince many of you to see it from a different perspective either. I get the server full message all the time, for five + minutes of attempting to join a battle, trying every variation of waiting/frivolously spamming the button. All of the sudden, upon approaching the marketplace and accessing fittings or mods, viola, it works and i can connect. Schrodinger's cat I guess? To find out if it was a bug, i have to prove its not a bug? Or it's both at the same time, once it's bypassed, it's no longer a bug... |

Sorry to hear it's not working for you guys, but it is a good thing to hear you actually tried. Like I said, it works 95% of the time for me, sometimes I have to do it twice. Try the other method of loading the leader board if you have a chance and please post the results here to let the rest of us know how it works out. This won't work for infinite loading screens or anything else, strictly the server full problem, good luck and let's hope next week helps at least a little... |
