No we are not that "GNN" (That is the DUSTERS Blog, they don't formally call themselves GNN), they ripped off our concept long long ago in MAG. You may remember me posting on the MAG forums about various GNN things. Now that the MAG forums are deleted, these "dusters" guys basically claimed it was all their idea from the start. They probably tweeted you because we wrote an article on you this morning and they are playing "catchup".

But back to your question--

'' is a team borned from the merger of several French clans from MAG that were already cooperating to fight Clan Wars under the tag [COQ]. When MAG ended up dying step by step, i offered those clans to merge into a single entity in anticipation of Dust 514 as it, in my opinion, would be the next big thing for large clans to get invested in. After many discussions, What The French was born ! in September 2011 and became the largest Francophone community of MAG players. Expecting Dust, we fought on BF3 and MW3's battlefield, we served justice (or not) on DCU and discovered the vast universe of EVE Online, creating there the official corporation that would harbor all of our mercenary when the time would come. Our creed is teamplay, solidaruty, fun and victory. We may not be obsessed with our own private performance or seek to be the most leet clan out there but we have many talented players, others ready to take bullets and die for their BIA and most of all, we have resilience : As long as we can fight, we'll hurt you with everything we got. I'll just add another specific historic fact : How about independance war in the US against the brits ? Who helped make the balance lean toward the US ? Oh yeah, that was us basically :D
