So I'm an X360 Fanboy trying to get a similar controller experience for Dust and having a bit of trouble. I'm curious if anyone plays with a MadCatz MLG Pro Circuit PS3 Controller?
I first picked up the XCM Cross Battle Adapter that works amazing for all other PS3 games (allows me to plug in my wireless X360 controller for PC on my PS3), but isn't supported by Dust. Currently walking around just jerks and it's almost as if it's movement signal is actively killed by the Dust logic.
I currently play with a Power A Air Flo Controller that is "ok" but has slight deadzones and the analogue sticks don't have the best movement resistance for my taste.
Thanks in advance! |

LOL, nice find!
Yes, I guess my hands just aren't made for the tiny PS3 controller. My PS3 is actually my wife's that she had before we got married, so Dust is really the only game I play on it.
@Jimbeazy - I'm sorry you had so much trouble with the controller itself, I'm curious did it work with Dust? For instance, does it play? My XCM Adapter with my X360 controller wouldn't allow me to run or look around, it just would move briefly and then stop and then stutter as if it were being stopped on the software side of things. I'm assuming CCP has an anti-turbo functionality in place.

By all means try them out if you like just make sure you have a good return policy. I recommend something like bestbuy because you can order it online and then take it into any store for a return. I bought them twice and both had the same problem
Yeah, I was planning on Best Buy - did they just let you return it or did they give you store credit? Also, I'm curious does this have rumble? |
