Right, RDVs are dumb, when they can't find the flat ground they circle around until they are destroyed, I've lost two Dropships so far because they're unable to just drop the ship where I've told them

be sure to be in the clear and flat service near no buildings would help but ya dumb as dumb can be, how about a force release of vehicle that would be nice  |

Before Precursor patch, RDV crashed my dropship as it appeared from the mountains... |

I've seen them spin around in circles like that one time on an almost completely flat area. The guy who called in a tank was so pissed when it wouldn't land HAHA

Yeah, basically a drone with the purpose to deliver our vehicles to the battlefield, also not terribly bright and, just as often, a big fat flying target for Forge and Swarm gunners who are looking to ruin your day by shooting down the RDV before it can make its vehicle drop.
I learned the hard way in the very first game to be looking up when RDvs are coming in, just in case it drops your vehicle right on top of you. |

Caldari are used to building missiles that go one way into something, and then explode - so it figures that their RDVs would do the same with alarming regularity.

i love it when they uncloak right in front of dropship pilots who get knocked strait into the ground. effective way to take down circling pilots is everyone calls in militia LAVs |
