Part of the reason is until Sony QA gets a look at the items they want to add to the update, tests them and gives the ok, even CCP won't know what is going to be on the patch notes. I know this sounds crazy but this is how its goes with a Sony tie in game like Dust. I know I worked for Sony and DCUO and had this conversation for two years. Basically CCP gives QA a long, long list of items that will be added, fixed or what ever. Then QA goes line by line to see if its ok, then test it. But they go 1 item at a time and what ever they don't get to does not get added to this update. So while CCP knows what they have done and could offer that list to us, if QA does not get to all of the items then a ton of you will whine about " you said this was going to be in this next build" (yes OP im looking at you) and QQ in the forums, which looks worse then if they just waited got the correct list of whats going to be in the patch notes and give us a proper update. So get off your stupid high horse of know it all BS and fraking relax, patch notes will be coming soon and so will the update. Stop acting like spoiled little brats and grow a pair.
