Of all things, I'm a casual player and don't want it to become a hassle. I'll gladly "hire" managers with ideas who can complete mine, and help me get this thing going.
But first.
What would this corp be and what would be its motives ?
How would it bring value to EvE players ?
How would it bring competitiveness to Dust players ?
Thank you for your ideas. |

It doesn't seem like you want to do any of the "starting a corp" parts. Why not join an existing one instead, since it'll be exactly the same except you won't get credit for having started it? |

Not sure if something like this would be interesting for you but...
One of the most successful and long lasting corporations in New Eden isn't even a null sec sovereignty holding, war fighting firm.
EVEUniversity provides great service to the greater community. DUST could use a number of training corporations that hustle new players in, show them the ropes and accelerate their skills while prepping them For the hardcore combat corps that need them
I could imagine several corps that specialize training practices in similar ways that the US Military Acadamies vary their approach to readying young officers for service
So, my recommendation is to form a small ( or large, if your motivated) training corp. advertise it here. Don't try to sell it as a permanent home for recruits but offer longer term benefits for instructors
Pick a few aspects of dust that you understand well. The gun game, support, fitting, finance, politics. And run with it |

i do want to do the "starting a corp" part GÇö what I don't want is to spend all my time "managing" the corp on a daily basis. I want to focus on its goals and how to attain them. The difference between a CEO and a President.
I'm also not looking for people to start the corp for me.
I want people with a vision of what that corp should be, people whom are maybe more knowledgeable in the EvE universe than I am, and get a feel for the opportunities.
Once I find people with the same intentions and realities, then we'll get this thing going.

Thanks Howard GÇö that's a rather interesting way to look at it, and I like the notion that I can learn as much as teach. The exchange of information and energies. Liked, and saved :) |

My corp will be truly bad, do as much damage as possible to others, earn as much isk as possible as soon as possible. hold districts yourself, just be on rampage.
There are some WH corps in EVE doing it this way and they are good at it. |
