Did a search but could not find any related posts.
At the beginning of a match the the normal HUD did not come up.
I played an entire match without the Radar UI and unable to use my gun sights.
Every time I hit L1 to zoom, the neocom window would pop up. I had to shoot from the hip the entire game. 
Also, the countdown timer stayed at the top right corner the entire match along with chat icons.

I had the same problem, exactly the same but after I dismissed the neocom I would get the targeting dot in the center. Happened only once and after the battle it went away and has not happened since. Probably just a change of state operation that got stuck due to something like a communication problem or another bug. |

Happened to me, too. Didn't even notice at first with my shotgun...
Anyways, I think it is caused by the game starting while your client is loading the war room. When it happened to me, the game started exactly the instant I finished loading the war room. I was booted into the game, but the 'Game starts in 0:00' continued to be visible and I had no crosshair or radar. Aiming brought up the NeoCom. |

I have had this happen once. Tried to repo' it but can't figure it out. I recall someone saying if you use L1 to open the Neocom when you are on the war-barge, this can happen if you load in the battle. But.. IDK... can't seem to get it to bug. |

Just had this happen to me for the first time.
And in the top right corner it had a 0 count down to battle starting like I was still on the war barge.
Also every time I died it automatically started with the neocom loaded like I had pushed the start button or something |

I too have come across this bug, it was interesting. When pressing the zoom button the neocom would come up, no radar at all, and no ammo/sprint bars either. |
