Also I do not understand the context of this question about populations. Infact the answer itself from someone in the IRC seems to give an ill informed answer, but I wonder more about the question and it's context then anything. As it was posted as I qouted it.

It was one of the newer ccp guys asking how we feel about the current pool of testers and thier backgrounds, however I wasnt on to answer and the answer generated would mostly match what I would have given cept the eve online part.

Just look at Tanks in other games like Battlefield, they require multiple players to be used well.
