Hi everyone. I just got beta access the other day and I am LOVING this game. I just wanted to know if the character builds we are creating in the beta will carry over to the official release of the game? I ask this because most betas don't allow you to carry over character builds so that everyone has a fair chance at starting at level 1.
If anyone knows the answer please let me know. Thanks in advance. |

I don't believe so. Youll keep your name and any AUR or Merc packs you bought.. But no SP or isk. |

Next update/wipe is probably the last. We'll still be in beta, and unless there's a major problem, we won't get another stat wipe. In fact, there's almost no chance we'll get a stat wipe after the move to TQ, this month.

Yeah there will be a sp/isk wipe when we move to TQ but any aurum merc pack items and special Skinweaver suit's will be returned and then there will be one more stat wipe when the game release's |

There will be one final wipe upon release. You'll keep your character names, rewarded gear, and any AUR you purchased, that's it. |

They're planning to to do one more wipe during the beta (coming up soon) and one more upon release. |

They will not... The devs reset all characters when changing builds and will reset at official release. |

Source? Because I have one from about a week ago saying there is not one currently scheduled for going beta to not-beta, only this next one accompanying the next build, which should be the last outside of something catastrophic. |

i read from one of the IRC chats that Iron Wolf puts up which is when they talk to the devs and they said there was going to be two wipes the move to TQ and when the game is released

That, and I kind of just thought it was common knowledge that we're getting a wipe before release. Having all this knowledge and experience is way more than enough of an advantage, nevermind having a ton of ISK and SP.
Maybe a dev can confirm, or someone can point us to a source. |

I know what you're referring to, which was clarified with this:

I doubt it. Usually, what it is with beta in games is that they delete (or reset) the character because you could've potentially abused a bug in beta, getting tons of stuff and SP in a way you shouldn't. |
